Never a bad day at the beach!!

Location was great and the pool was fantastic. All amenities were as listed and the place super clean. The balcony was as big as the unit so lots of outside space.

Each unit we've visited, including 203C, is fabulous. Centrally located to beach access and in walking distance to several restaurants, Pavilion Palms is a great find. The open kitchen/dining/living room areas provide great space and seating, not to mention the very spacious balcony where we spent the afternoons in the shade overlooking the pool. 203C is very clean and well-appointed. Loved staying here!

A Wonderful Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was phenomenal! When we arrived at our condo, it was much more beautiful than the pictures looked like when we booked it. All of the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect place for my family. We really enjoyed the big balcony and that's where we ate most of the time. The whole condominium was nice and quiet. We also had fun at the pool when we were not at the beach. I loved how it was located just steps away from the beach. The only really small downside was that the beach access was public, but not really a big deal! Just that some guests may prefer to know this ahead of booking. Check in was a breeze. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay at this condo and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Destin!

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is absolutely beautiful! Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Pool area is great! The porch was huge. The only negatives I can think of are: There is no place to rinse sand off except for the pool area, which is kind of out of the way. Also, we didn't have access to the garage, so no place to store our chairs and umbrella's. Another thing is, there is only one designated parking spot. There is an overflow area, but it only had 4-5 spots, and they filled up quickly. This was a problem, because we had 3 cars in our party. These things weren't a deal-breaker, but more of an inconvenience. The condo itself was great!
