Bouldin Creek Treehouse is an entirely furnished apartment located in Austin’s famous South Congress District (SoCo), available for short-term rental.
The Treehouse sits atop a brand new architecturally contemporary home that was designed with the idea of breaking down the barriers between indoor and outdoor spaces. This design element is evident throughout the house and the apartment.
The apartment, located on the second floor, has a private entrance, 9’ ceilings and two large 8’x8’ windows opening up the apartment to direct sunlight and a view of two 300-year-old live oak trees and Bouldin Creek.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four in its living area, with a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa, a full bathroom and furnished kitchen.
South Austin, and the South Congress district in particular is the foundation of what makes Austin the cultural hub it has become in recent years. The Bouldin Creek Treehouse is just blocks away from downtown and in walking distance from the shops and restaurants on South Congress and South First streets. Additionally, the Treehouse is less than a mile from a grocery store, dry cleaner, gas station and has direct access to multiple freeways (I-35, HWY 71, HWY 290).

Scott and Tim designed and built the house and apartment in 2013 with the goal of breaking down traditional boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. From the overall design to the finishes, every decision was driven by the idea of bringing the outdoors in.
