Great getaway spot

Amazing location and a superior stay. The place is great and has a ton of amenities and things to do both at or around the property. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Vacation retreat

We stayed in the White House for our vacation this year and couldn’t have been happier. If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a beautiful view and a large balcony to drink your morning coffee from, this is the place. The communication from the property manager Mitch was great- always a quick text message away. We rented a pontoon from Nothing Better Boat rentals and had a wonderful time boating the beautiful waters. Tommy from Nothing Better gave us all instructions and gps directions and was also just a text message away if we needed anything. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were soft. Very important after a day in the sun! The air conditioning worked great. We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed floating in the pool with our adult beverages. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks Mitch Tommy and Richie for being so accommodating!

Great stay, private and relaxing. We had 4 couples and then our adult kids rented another house on the property. Great place for large group!

Great views

Plenty of room! Owner and manager very nice, close to restaurants and stores. Secluded location, nice pool. Could use some updated furniture and TV’s in bedrooms. Overall, nice stay!

Beautiful view and location

The house is very spacious and the views are unbelievable. We liked the proximity to Key West and Big Pine Key also. We would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to three other families interested in visiting the Keys.

Incredible view

This property was good for our family celebration, 6 adults. The view and pool are outstanding! It’s a very private, quiet location with our own dock. Ritchie and Mitch were excellent communicators and very helpful & knowledgeable.

Week in the Keys

It was a great house and the pool was awesome. It was easy to get back and forth to Key West, to do a variety of excursions. Mitch keeps the place awesome. The maintenance man was great also.

The property was perfect for our group. Awesome view and enough shade to keep us from the heat during the day. Mitch and Ritchie did an awesome job keeping up with the pool, pontoon boat and recommendations. Tons of fun and great memories!!

Awesome vacation home

We stayed at the home from 1/20/24-1/27/24.. the house has everything g you could ask for. The bedrooms were a good size, the living room and kitchen are spacious. The VIEW from the deck is beautiful. This location was perfect. Mitch and Ritchie were easily available if we needed anything. So happy we picked this home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

Perfect spot!

I've never written a review of any place we've stayed. This home is so great. Lots of room, the pool is wonderful. We made great use of the kayaks. Lots of marine life to see when the waters are calm. So cool!!! We also appreciated the privacy here yet it is close to Key West so we adventured out too. Can't say enough about our stay. Would go back any time.

Loved it but…

Amazing location. Warm and wonderful pool. Would come again in a heartbeat. House needs a little TLC: frig needs repair, hair dryer not functioning, unable to lock door and secure it . With 8 people we could have used more supplies: cleaning supplies, kitchen linens, paper towels, etc. broom and dust pan.

Cleanest house we have ever stayed in!

Great house for 4 couples. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Right on the water for fishing and kayaking. Only complaint were the stairs up to main level. Would have been great to have something rigged up to carry groceries ice etc We loved the privacy and quiet. Pool was comfortably heated to use when the temperatures in January were only in the 80's. Don't hesitate to rent this house ,

Cuban boat

The property was very clean. The property dock was damaged in the most recent hurricane but there's another dock for all three properties close. Our rep, Mitch was fantastic. His personality is very down to earth and he was well liked by everyone in our group! Hopefully we'll return to this property, but if we do, Mitch will be a big reason why! The Cuban boat incident will be something we'll all be bragging about for years..

Perfect Getaway

I booked this home for myself, my husband, my son and 5 friends for spring break. I was a little worried that the house would feel cramped for the 8 of us. However, all the outdoor space really made this a great house for a large group. There were plenty of kayaks, paddle board, and boats for all of the boys to go out to the bay each day together. The property was clean and maintained very well. The photos shown are completely reliable and accurate. We even had a visit from the property manager early in our visit with an additional fishing pole. The grill was in good working condition and the pool, althought small, was never crowded since the boys spent most of their time in the bay. The trip into Key West was around a half hour and a nice, scenic drive. We cooked in most nights, but did go to the Square Grouper for dinner and everyone enjoyed the meal tremendously. I would absolutely reccomend this location to anyone that wants to visit the Florida Keys without the hustle and bustle of Key West.

Best experience in the Keys to date!

This was our third trip to the Keys - first stay in Cudjoe. We were making our way down with our typical stops at Worldwide Sports, Robbies and Sunset Grille. While at WWS around 11:30 Saturday, Steve texted us to ask what our ETA was - we were just taking our time until we could check-in around 4:00. We were JUST finished eating at Sunset when he texted back and said to come on down around 2:30-3:00! We bee lined it to Cudjoe with three very excited kids! We pulled in and PARADISE was found! The house is situated so nicely with breathtaking views all around. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen & bathroom! No need to bring beach towels, there are a ton in the master bathroom - along with bath towels. The deck is huge and we sat out there a lot - surprising for July but there was a nice breeze. I swam sans kids mostly every night! Steve brought the boat over Monday and took the guys out to show them how to navigate getting out of the shallows. He spent at least an hour with us explaining things and showing us how to use things in the house. Honestly, fishing off the dock may have been the vacation favorite! My 9 year old daughter caught a ton of fish right from the dock! I can not say enough great things about the property and the people managing it - they totally made our stay easy breezy! I would recommend this spot to everyone!

Home for the holidays

Property is just as advertised. The house is simple, well equipt, very clean and is in a great location. The water pressure is amazing, and beds are comfortable. We hit a cold spell and it was warm in the house and when temps warmed up later in the week it was cool and comfortable inside. When we booked we were looking for a location that felt tropical without traveling outside the continental US and we found it here. It was the perfect place for our family- 2 adults, 2 teens and a senior. The pool, corn hole, hammock chair and ping pong kept the kids (and adults) engaged (and off their phones) for hours. The pool is small and perfect for wading and Laps - my children even commented they have never seen me swim so much (and we live on a lake). My husband and I kayaked and fished, and my mom sat on the deck and by the pool. The other two homes had guests and it was not an issue. They access the water right along side the house. The house still felt very private and there was no shortage of kayaks shared among us. Cudjoe Key is a great base to explore the keys. Close enough for a quick 20min. trip to Key West and Marathon. There a small market next door, fitness classes within walking distance and excellent restaurants within minutes. You can take a boat right from your property or enjoy all water sports near by. Mitch was very communicative and all transactions were smooth. We would like to return with extended family and rent the other homes as well. Enjoy your stay.

Seclusion

Overall , a great location and secluded. Close to Key West and other great islands. The care taker named Rich, was incredible. He helped us with anything we needed. He is a great asset. Would rent again.

Lovely accomodations with lots to do

Owners are very responsible and we’re ready and willing to jump in with every need. One little hiccup which was corrected immediately. Great people to rent from.The place is roomy, clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Lots to do around the property and the sunrises are amazing from the top deck.Would recommend as you will not be disappointed.
