KING's POINT Open Water views and a great resort for family and Fishing.

This Home has some of the absolute best views of the Ocean; sitting on your deck watching nature at its best. Our 53ft sea wall perfect for fishing or docking your boat. Underwater Lights Make this an Awesome Place to fish from your deck.
Easy access to either the Atlantic or the gulf; some of the best fishing or lobstering spots located in all of the Keys. Plus, one of the most beautiful Light Houses located just a short Boat ride to an awesome light house with great snorkeling opportunities.
Also, some of best food located just around the corner (Square Grouper and Broil) are Great places to eat and just a short 19-mile drive to downtown Key West.

** Also make note that when you arrive at The Gate, there is a one-time Administration fee of $125 plus Tax, payable upon entry by check or cash.
This fee goes directly Venture Out for the Guard shack with 24 hour maned service and all the services of Venture Out. ie. (equipment for all games on the property)
This is a one time fee and covers your complete stay either three days or 30 days.

Newly remodeled with all the comforts of home! This home location was perfect! Up at sunrise drinking coffee on the upper deck, then relaxing lazy afternoons on the shady lower deck. Let’s not forget, the continuous Ocean breezes …Life is Good … Thanks for the Memories

We wanted to be part of a community that had its own fantastic features-- And Venture Out has that in its enormous pool (also a spa) and wonderful kiddie pool, its lighted tennis courts, basketball court, Bocci Ball, little playground, nice meeting room and rec room, a nice on-property store and lots more we have yet to discover.
For people who care about such things, it even has municipal water and sewer!
So this is our home away from home. And we want to share it with people who will enjoy it as much as we do!
