Welcome to Lake View Villa. We are so excited to have you here!

We hope this renovated home will make you feel like your on vacation with Lake Washington sunsets and Olympic Mountain views. Sleeping up to six people. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck with views of the lake and a covered outdoor patio in the backyard. The kitchen and open floor plan makes a perfect place for a holiday/family gatherings. Its sitting on a quiet street with easy access to 405 and minutes to Bellevue, Renton, Issaquah, and Seattle. It is also walking distance to Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park and local trails along Lake Washington Blvd. A short walk to private Kennydale Beach Park. Neighborhood coffee shop minutes away; CloudBreak Coffee Co. Close to the Renton Transit Center and SeaTac airport. For shopping/entertainment Renton Landing is a 5-minute drive away, offering a variety of options for dining, movies, Boeing, top golf and many more.

Beautiful location, comfortable lodging

We really enjoyed our time and the property was lovely, comfortable, and functional. The view of the lake and mountains was just beautiful. The kitchen was such a nice space to gather. Communication was easy and we'd be very happy to return.

Lovely home

This home is was a great choice I will stay here again and highly recommend. Very convenient location and has everything you possibly might need. Very cozy if your a homebody, and close to airport shopping and entertainment. Very responsive homeowners.

Lovely property!!!

The place exceeded our expectations! I loved all the details the hosts put into this home. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location by the freeway; only a few exits away from Seattle and Bellevue. A couple blocks away from a beach. Also beautiful views of the lake from the property. The neighborhood in its self felt like I was on a vacation. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

This property has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable. The only showerheads in both bathrooms are rainshowers, which makes it very difficult to rinse shampoo out of hair (or just rinse soap off period). There is no on suite and to access the second bathroom one must go through the living room, foyer, down two steep steps to the kitchen to the bathroom which wasn't ideal.

10 min drive to Bellewue.
15 min drive to Seattle.
15 min to airport.

This beautiful home has an open floor plan. Beautiful view from kitchen and living room window. Large deck in front of the house with view of Lake Washington. Beautiful sunsets on sunny days.
