This house was incredible! Clean, great location, beautiful finishings, great amenities. The access to Bay Point and the pool right outside the screened in porch were our favorite parts of this trip! We plan on staying again.

We were extremely happy with our stay. When we arrived the coffee bar was stocked, there were waters and a bottle of sparkling wine in the refrigerator, and snacks for the kids on the island! Melissa was very helpful and her place was very nice. It was a great vacation to relax, swim at the beach or pool, watch movies, go out to eat and just enjoy the area! Many locations were within walking distance. We hope to be back one day soon! Thank you, Melissa, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay!

Everything was super clean, fresh, and they have, quite possibly, the best mattress I have ever slept on! Be sure to enjoy the screened-in porch!

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was fantastic and having access to the Bay Point beach was a total bonus amd highlight for the kids.

Great place to get away

Our family came to all get away for a week. The accommodations were great. The house was comfortable, the pool was great and proximity to other things to do was really nice. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Lake Erie! The check-in process was quick and easy, and we felt welcome right away. The cottage was neat, clean, and well cared for, with plenty of amenities waiting for us. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was already there, and the location by the lake made it even better. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

right by the pool to cool off and relax after a day at Put-in-Bay or other adventures around the lake. short drive or can walk to a great beach.

Great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. VERY clean and was provided with all bed linens and towels. K cups were provided for the keurig too, which was a huge plus for us! Melissa was extremely helpful and quick to respond with questions. Loved the screened in porch and beautiful views on our morning/evening walks.

Summer Vacation

Our family gathered together in Marblehead Oh to celebrate an 85th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The condo was immaculate, the location was perfect, the weather, check-in and check-out process was A. Melissa (Host) was so accommodating and walked us through the rules and the Waterview/Bay View amenities via email. It truly was an amazing vacation/stay. Clean ,well appointed Lake house with nearby sandy beach

Our hostess, Melissa, was helpful and prompt to respond to any of our questions or requests We appreciated all the extras she supplied such as shampoos linens towels etc The Lake house was very clean with lovely decor located next to pool and walking distance to sandy beach My grandchildren were excited about catching their first fish at the Boat Canal, riding scooters on sidewalks and having both a Lake and a nearby pool to enjoy Rental is as described in listing Apple TV included in living room TV set up Highly recommend Loved the Lakeside experience

The location and facility were wonderful. There were a few things that need attention. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both in main bathroom came off wall as soon a used. Also no bodywash in either bathroom. Screen porch needs cleaned better and the parking out back was unusable our entire stay do to mud and water.

Great stay

Great place. Very convenient. Pool area is very nice. Clubhouse is also nice. Work out room is good, they even had a peloton bike and peloton rower. Only thing I would tell the owner is the bunk beds are very flimsy. I wouldn’t let my kid sleep on the bottom bunk with another kid on the top. But there were a couple extra twin mattresses for extra sleeping space. Other than that great stay!

Our Host responded to all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The condo's decor and furnishings are lovely and tasteful. I especially appreciated the clean, huge kitchen, the refrigerator and its endless ice supply, the night lights, the plug ins for our electronics and and the Keurig coffee pods. The screened in porch provided plenty of comfortable seating and a sanctuary from mosquitos. The thermostat and television presented a learning curve for us, but our host Melissa's patience and quick response helped us through that. Guests will need to expect to replenish paper products such as toilet paper and tissues. Parking was muddy due to rain, but the Condo Association Representative acknowledged the problem and it was arranged for us to park in a nearby, non-muddy area. I did not notify Melissa about the parking because I believe that is the responsibility of the Resort Association. The Condo Resort itself is well located on the Marblehead Peninsula, within minutes of good restaurants, boutiques and the lighthouse. I give this Condo an excellent rating because Melissa helped us through our concerns and answered our questions in a timely manner.

This cottage is so beautiful, bright, and white. We enjoyed our stay so much. The king and queen beds are so comfy. The walk in shower was so spacious. Stackable washer and dryer was a must. The screened in porch is an added bonus. Not one complaint! Host communicated promptly always.

This property and area are beautiful. We especially loved the pool and fishing pad by the marina. The cottage was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. A/C and wifi worked great, and the screened in porch was one of our favorite features. Melissa is super responsive and helpful. Accessing the neighborhood and cottage was very clear and easy. Some things to note: the pool closes at 8, so no night swimming. You have to wear a wristband to access Bay Point, and once you put it on, you can't take it off.

Perfect location for our family getaway. Our host, Melissa, was an amazing communicator and genuinely helped make our time special. The house was very clean and had great access to the islands and amusement parks. We will be back!

We chose this location because of its proximity to Cedar Point. It was great to have a screened in porched that was steps away from the pool, pier and a short walk to a sandy beach. I wish we had time that we could have stayed longer. The space was very clean and the beds were soft.
