A remodeled spacious home w/ a private beach, amazing sunsets in Cape Charles

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights

Although you never want to think about the end of your vacation, when it does come, please make sure to be out by 11am, the code to the lock will not work after that time.

Remember to Load dishwasher & start wash Strip beds to the mattress pads, leaving blankets & spreads off to the side. Leave dirty linens including towels on the floor in the laundry room.

Relocate any household items or furniture to its original locations. Remove all items from the refrigerator. Place all garbage in the garbage can, no bags can be left outside the cans.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
