Beautiful, Family Friendly Home In The Heart Of Goodyear

Beautifully appointed home in a great Goodyear location with quick access to shopping, dining, golf and entertainment. Large, open rooms throughout this comfortable home make it easy to hang out and unwind. Enjoy a spacious loft with plush couches where you can catch up on your reading or simply grab a quick nap. Luxurious outdoor living includes a built in BBQ and a gorgeous pool with soothing water features. Go for a swim and then gather around the fire pit with family and friends. Generous outdoor seating areas compel you to enjoy your stay while you’re here. Grassy areas and lots of tropical plants add to the desert oasis experience.

If you’re a golfer, you probably already know that there are four public golf courses in Goodyear, as well as several others in nearby towns. Nearby Goodyear Ballpark Complex (voted the best place to view a Spring Training game by Phoenix New Times in 2012) is also home to the Freedom Pro Baseball league Centennials, who play in between Spring Training and fall league games.

If you're into mountain biking, this home is only about 10 miles from the Fantasy Island North (FINS) trail head. There are a variety of trails available. With some being quick and easy and some being more technical, there's a trail for everyone out here.

I chose this property because of the incredible location, minutes from shopping, trails, entertainment and of course Golf!!!
The neighborhood is quiet and situated in a prime location. The floor plan is open and enough to be close to family and yet feel no crowding.

What makes this property unique

This home is set up for outdoor living at its finest. The outdoor kitchen is just steps away from the main indoor kitchen, which makes for easy prep and no stress on the grill master.
