We love this home! It’s perfect for family beach vacations. Beach is only a quick golf cart ride away. Restaurants, baytowne, shops all just a fun golf cart ride away. We have stayed here 4x and loved every minute of it. The host is fantastic! Great communication and attention to details.

Miramar Beach vacation

It was a beautiful condo and met all expectations! Excellent location in Sandestin resort and was wonderful having the two golf carts for our family. Room enough for large family , highly recommend

Amazing beach property!

This property was everything we expected and then some. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of nine (that includes 3 teenagers and 2 sets of grandparents). The golf carts were a must have as we had lots to haul to the beach and they allowed easy access around the massive resort and even to the local Publix. Contact with the owner/property mgt company was simple and responses were prompt. Our only concern upon arrival was the parking situation as we had 3 vehicles and only 1 guaranteed spot but we were able to find visitor parking for our entire trip for both vehicles which saved us a lot of hassle and money. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be staying here again!!

Great Escape

We have been coming to Sandestin for 15 years for a boys golf trip each November. The accommodations were just as described. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you can ask for. Golf carts for a quick trip to the beach or into the shops/restaurants on the resort wee perfect.

There is a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you’ve got a little ones. Home is beautiful. We stayed in September and it was very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with Dishes, cookware, flatware. Good communication from the property managers definitely want to go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental in the Tivoli area of Sandestin was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The house was just as described when we rented it. It had everything we needed and was so large and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked except for a muffin pan but we were able to easily purchase one. The golf carts were a huge hit with our large family. It made the trip to the beach, Baytown Wharf and all around the resort a breeze. The parking is an issue but we found a place to park our other vehicles and with the golf carts it was an easy ride to go pick them up. The management team was so easy to work with. Our stay was overall excellent and we are hoping to stay here again next year!

The ability to stay and travel in the resort in golf carts added to the experience. The condo was clean and fit our group size well. The kitchen had a good supply of cooking stuff to meet our needs. The one thing we would have like to have changed would be a king bed instead of a queen bed in one of the lower bedrooms for comfort for one of the couples in our group. The only other challenge was the business of being there for 4th of July week and the added cost. Aside from that, our stay was excellent and we would certainly recommend staying at this condo in the Sandestin Resort.

Great house!

We loved this property and the proximity to the beach. The house was everything we hoped it would be. The location was quiet, but very close to the beach and other attractions. Highly recommend this house for families. Our host was great and checked on us throughout our stay. We especially liked having two golf carts so that everyone didn’t have to be on the same schedule.

This stay was just our immediate family. We all agreed this was one of the best units. It was nice having updated appliance, and golf carts to use. The only thing we didn’t like was there was not enough parking spots near condo but understand it’s probably the Resorts policy and hence the two golf carts with the unit. Other than that it was a great stay and highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful! Wonderful Place

This rental property was an added benefit to our vacation! Clean, centrally located to the beach, shopping, etc. We only need our car to go off the resort - the rental comes with 2 golf carts (4 and 6 seat) that was awesome to have to go to the beach, marina, pool, or just to explore! The rental is themed to the beach beautifully and the kitchen and supplies allow for family meals from breakfast to dinner if you choose! Location is quiet at the end of the street. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation!

Outstanding on all fronts!

We stayed for January and February. The home is truly beautiful and huge, with conveniences throughout, and it was a treat to be there for 2 months. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well-stocked. Rooms were very large and comfortable. The golf course view was lovely and the location is superb in Sandestin. The golf carts worked fine, recognizing the batteries will never be happy based on the periodic use (batteries were best when the carts were used more frequently). The second bedroom king mattress is ready to be replaced, but the family said the loft mattress was fabulous (and the loft has a brand new bathroom). All our guests were very impressed with the home! Lastly, the owner and management company were EXCELLENT, with great communication and responsiveness, including doing a quick mopping even though it was the holidays, purchasing floor mats to help keep porch dirt out, and replacing a screen damaged during a storm while we were there. Thank you!

The outdoor back patio was very comfortable and overlooks the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Access to the two golf carts was a big plus. It was just a short trip to beach parking access, the gym (day/week memberships available), the larger pool, and even the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Amazing home for a family vacation

Golf carts were the best. Pool was really warm but that’s happens in Florida in august. Had the best time. Grocery and liquor were a short golf cart ride away.

The beach was just a couple minute cart ride and our kids loved taking the cart down to the beach for sunrise and sunset pics. The unit was in a quiet location and was as described. It was clean and in working order. The management team was great! Our 4 person cart would not work so I called the management number and was happy to talk to a person not a recording and she was very friendly and helpfull. She sent one of their team out to check for the obvious but it was something more. They sent a tech out and found it was a bad board which had to be ordered. Then the property manager called and told us to use one from another unit that was not being used which made our stay very enjoyable because we had 10 people and really needed two carts. It's nice to see real customer service!
