Welcome to condo 303D at Beach House Condominiums! This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 3rd floor exudes a bright, airy beach vibe and offers direct beach access with no streets to cross. Just steps away from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo features a covered balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast. From the balcony, you can hear the soothing sounds of waves crashing and feel as if the surf is just within reach. March 1 - October 31, you will receive a complimentary beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella! (Please note: the pool is currently unavailable until Spring 2026. Sorry for this inconvenience!)

Perfect for up to 7 guests, the master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with a full Gulf view and features an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom includes a Queen and Twin Bed with an attached bathroom, also accessible from the living area. The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, along with a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with stunning views of the Gulf. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

Beach House Condominiums is a great place to plan your next trip to Destin. With over 650 feet of beachfront, you are never far away from the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

BEACH HOUSE ONLY HAS PARKING FOR 1 CAR PER UNIT. Golf carts are not allowed at the Beach House condominiums.

Great location on the bench! View from balcony is stunning. The set up of beach chairs and umbrella daily was a great amenity. Ours kids loved the pool. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Amazing customer service from the start, they text and email you and respond very quickly anytime we had a question. Will definitely stay with them again. Very clean and great location !

love, love, LOVE this condo!

Quiet community but close to everything you need. Beautifully decorated, spotless, well stocked kitchen, view can't be beat! Comfy beds, Dish satellite TV, spacious patio and communication with management company before, during and after our stay couldn't be better. Already planning our next stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the aquamarine water and soft white sand beach front views. We had a small hitch with the condo that customer service got corrected quickly and courteously. I highly recommend this rental.

overall stay of condo

We had an issue with the remote in the living room. Never could get it to work on Dish network. Remote seem to be broken or had a battery issue. The coffee pot seem to leak and wasn't cleaned underneath upon our arrival and the curtain rod in living room was bent. Notified management and sent pics. Overall the location and view were amazing.

Would Stay Again

We have stayed in multiple condos at the Beach House and have always enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. No significant issues to report but I do have a few suggestions. There were no additional blankets or sheets for any of the beds or none for the pull out sofa that we could find. Thankfully we had blankets to use. Most of the condos we have stayed in also had a stash of games, cards, puzzles etc which is nice when the weather is poor and during our stay, we had multiple poor weather days. Just a suggestion to have additional items on hand for rainy days. :) Overall, condo was clean and comfortable. would stay here again.
