Thank you so much for the amazing review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that your family’s first beach vacation was such a success and that the condo had everything you needed for a fun and comfortable stay. It’s wonderful to know your boys enjoyed the activities, pools, and splash pad—and that the beach access and included chairs and umbrella helped make it extra special. Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad A522 met your expectations — very clean, nicely furnished, and with that courtyard/palm/partial gulf view from the balcony. Happy the updated decor, amenities, and comfortable bed made your stay enjoyable. Appreciate the note about the location between elevators and the proximity to the garage — those extra steps to the beach are worth it and who doesn't love walking on the beach. Glad our team was responsive to your messages. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back.

Thank you so much for your kind review—we’re thrilled to hear your family had a great Easter weekend and that the little ones loved the pools and bunk beds! We understand the early checkout can be a bit tough, especially with kiddos wanting one more swim. Our cleaning team needs time to fully turn the condo around for the next guest. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you had a good time overall, but we're sorry to learn the bed and initial smell impacted your experience. We’ll be sure to look into both issues right away. Your input helps us improve for future guests, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the unit and the resort for the majority of your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected pool closures and the noise from the ongoing resort renovation. Please note that the pool closures and resort renovations are managed by the resort itself and are beyond our control as a condo owner. We understand your frustration and apologize for any disappointment caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time with us.
