Casa Ventura, the Private Artists Retreat, situated close to the Yal-ku Lagoon in the sough after location of North Akumal.
It’s an ideal villa getaway of 2,200 sq feet offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, modern in design.

Besides offering seclusion and privacy, Casa Ventura is a short walk to the well-known Yal-ku lagoon where you can snorkel in sparkling water with beautiful tropical fish. This lagoon is just minutes from Casa Ventura - incredible!

3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath in a 2-story home plus separate bedroom guest casita with private entrance containing a king size bed, ensuite bath and outdoor shower.

The tropical landscaped yard features a plunge pool and separate spa, and outdoor dining.

We wondered what it would look like it was everything the picture showed....accomodations were great...the service everyday was awesome. It was a quiet location...close to the cenote...although you pay to go in...the kids found where they could go snorkeling close by...it really was not beach access..but they made it work... property manager showed up next day was very informative....highly recommend this place ...slept 8 of us...loved having our own space.

Amazing house!

We loved staying in this house. It offers great design and it's very comfortable, relaxing, and safe. The property manager was very responsive and offered great advice about things to do. The map in the VRBO listing shows the property in a slightly different part of Akumal. The house's location is actually BETTER than the map in the listing. It's a short walk to Yal Ku lagoon and several restaurants and convenience stores at the north end of Half Moon Bay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 6 nights and everything was great! Cleaning and pool maintenance staff was fantastic and Rhett the property manager gave us lots of great advice on where to, where to eat etc. Thank Rhett. Was a pleasure meeting you. The backyard pool area is like an oasis. Beautiful pool and a great bonus was the hot tub. My girlfriend and I loved it. Restaurants in the area are very good. We rented a golf cart to make it easy to get around Akumal village but it is walkable. You can eat everything from pizza and burgers to fine dining steaks seafood and Italian. The house is very well appointed. We ate out half of the time and cooked our own meals the other half. If you want to do that just stop at one of the grocery stores on the way - food is all you need! The bbq and kitchen appliances including an espresso maker are all there for your own use. There is a separate casita in the backyard which would be great for another couple or kids. Overall it was a great experience. I’ve been to riviera maya many many times but always at a resort. I preferred the flexibility of renting the house. Eat what and when you want, mot have watered down alcohol etc. Had a great time. Mucho gracias! Booking is very easy and very professional, everything you need to know is emailed to you. Thank you to the whole Akumal Villas team. I will definitely be contacting you again.
