Victor was a great host and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. It was a perfect location for our Kentucky Bourbon Trail road trip.

We were in town for UK graduation - the location of the house was great. Good neighborhood, and close to Rupp Arena, restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive when we needed a couple of things, and all went smoothly.

the property was clean and spacious for the 2 of us. The host responded to any questions very quickly and shared information for us pertaining to what our interests were for our trip. We went for bourbon tours, the ones we visited were within a 30-35 minutes drive from the property. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, there were also some provisions in the kitchen to use. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do, the grocery store is a 5 minute drive from the property and the highway was also within a 5 minute drive. The property furniture was very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutley stay there again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Lexington area.

Place was great. Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Went for a run one morning and streets are wide with little traffic. Had plenty of towels. Only recommendation is improving soap size/amount in bathrooms. Overall, the home is 10/10. Would definitely stay again.

La casa es perfecta. Bien situada, amplia, con todos los detalles cuidados. Víctor es muy amable y atiende rápidamente las consultas o peticiones. El servicio de sábanas y toallas completisimo asi como el ajuar de cocina. Hemos estado muy agusto 4 adultos y un niño de 2 años.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the home on Tulsa. The house is beautiful...with a wonderful screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee each day. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of bath towels, as well as hairdryers and travel sized shampoo and soap. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as a large TV in the living room. Victor ( the host) was great with communication. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We look forward to staying at the home again.
