We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect to get anywhere we wanted to go. Super clean, super well organized. We loved it and had everything we could need.

What a great home for our stay during Pony Finals. I loved that there were multiple rooms so people could spread out during our downtime. The location was perfect and the house was very well maintained. We'll be booking again for next year!

From the moment you walk in you notice the quality of the beautifully renovated home. It has all the charm of a mid century home with the modern touches of a well thought out update. The space is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and accessories, thoughtfully arranged, and several seating areas throughout the home. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking in. Everything is spotless! Nicole provided a nice selection of coffee and teas to start the day, and snacks to tide you over between meals. The upstairs is spacious, with it's own living room and bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are ample and share a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The beds are comfortable and dressed with upscale linens. Nicole was quick to respond to questions and requests and was very informative about the place. It's an easy 12 minute drive to downtown Lexington, the Rupp arena, and convention center, and 15 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Farm. Overall, the place feels like a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We will stay here again if we come to Lexington. There is traffic noise but we got used to it pretty quickly.
