We had a family trip of 9 people (6 adults 3 kids) and it worked great. Didn’t know the one bathroom was a jack-and-Jill or that the bedrooms didn’t have tvs but maybe that was an oversight when I booked. Also no dressers or luggage racks in each room was disappointing for a 4 night stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach were key and the main reason I picked this house. Pool had a great heater. Would stay again. Easy drive to all beaches

The home is very inviting and set up well for family gatherings. It has many upgrades that made our stay comfortable, such as the beautiful kitchen which was well-stocked with appliances and supplies. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. The owners were responsive to our needs and we had a really nice stay.

When we walked in - the house was perfectly staged - wine glasses, plates on the table, and much more - it was very clean. Nice pool, back patio table under a roof, and a big grill. The Owner was easy to communicate with, and responded promptly and kept following up. Definitely a place we will come back to stay at. Highly recommended from us !!!Thank you !

Good communicaton

Peter was very fast with communicating. There was an unfortunate situation which require repair that couldn’t be done during our stay. While this was a detriment to our stay, it wasn’t the fault of the property owner maintenance disruptions occur and Peter did everything he could to resolve the issue. The property was clean and well stocked. Would recommend again.
