The space
2 Story House with porches on both levels. Ceiling fans. 4 Mounted flat screen TVs with Wifi. Wooden floors. 3 Bathrooms with great lighting. Washer and Dryer. Cookware and Dishes provided. Outside seated smoking on Patios and porch available No smoking , vaping, or hookah allowed indoors. Smoke outside.
Guest access
Entire house is accessible except for the locked cabinets that hold our cleaning supplies.

Also reported GUEST LIST must be accurate. Cannot book for one guest and have 5 people arrive without paying a surcharge for extra cleaning services .
Other things to note
No loud parties. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS allowed. This will be considered a very important house rules violation if broken. We then cancel the booking and you have to leave.

2 car driveway is available on the left, we share that driveway with our neighbor. Otherwise street parking is available. (Across the street)
