The home was perfect for our weekend visiting our kids at Franciscan University. It was very close to campus and provided enough space and a nice home to enjoy ourselves. Vanessa was very easy to teach and accommodating .

Amazing place for an amazing price. All the kitchen utensils/pots/pans available for cooking, even a mini ice machine. Perfect. Plenty of linen and washer/dryer in the basement. T.V.s in every bedroom with streaming & WiFi worked well throughout the house. Great stay. Would definitely come back again!

The house is old and smells musty. Furniture is old and cheap. Several of the inner doors do to fit the doorframe and you can not close and lock the door. It was only 1 mile from Steubenville university, but the walk is up hill, no side walks, in a bad neighborhood. The houses on the same street were run down and some were abated. I definitely would not recommend it.

If you keep in mind this is an older house you will be fine. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, The A/C worked well and the water was hot.Vanessa was responsive to our request. There are little squeaks and tweets that the owner is working on so I think it will get better as time goes on.The neighborhood is a little forgotten in time as many areas of the valley are but we did not feel unsafe.Traffic can be a lot so keep your cars back from the intersection and it won't affect you.

This house in Steubenville is very large and the ac works great. I'm not sure if the backdoor lock works which made us very uncomfortable. I don't know what the usual timeline is in getting check in and check out info but I did need to request it from the host. Each time the host replied with info that wasn't correct and I needed to write back for clarification.

Great for small groups traveling together

We needed an economical place close to Franciscan University that offered a more homelike opportunity for gathering. The accommodations served this purpose adequately. The owner’s efforts to minimize exterior views was appreciated.

Perfect Location

Inside was nicely updated and clean. Host was quick to answer any questions. Close to campus for daughter's move-in day + close to son's wedding location made for a great experience. Looking forward to our stay for parents weekend.

Traveled up to steubenville for homecoming weekend at Franciscan University and this location is perfect for anybody visiting the college. We traveled with my in-laws and were able to visit in the living room with our family members who attend the University. It was a great time!

Beautiful Old Home - Very Clean!

We had all that we needed and the home was clean and tidy. It was a few short minutes drive to Franciscan University. Five of us ladies stayed here together very comfortably as we were here for a women's conference.

Clean home except for cob webs. Very old house with lots of character. All wood floors and stairs so be advised that it’s quite creaky.
