Guests will have access to the pool, gym, clubhouse, and courtyard area where there are games and an outdoor grill and loungers. These are all shared areas with the other residents/guests of the building. There are also shared decks on each floor, 5th floor having the best view of pool and riverwalk. They have some TV's as well as seating available to enjoy. There is also a parking garage available to our guests.

**We offer luggage drop off for a small fee**

Please be advised that the use of the pool at our is at your own risk. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or any loss or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the use of the pool.

To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly request the following:

Supervision: Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times while using the pool. It is essential to ensure their safety and prevent accidents.

Non-Swimmers: Non-swimmers are advised to refrain from entering the pool or to use appropriate flotation devices, as per their swimming ability.

Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited in the pool, as it can cause serious injuries. Please enter the pool safely using the designated steps or ladder.

Slippery Surfaces: Please be aware that pool areas can become slippery when wet. Take caution when walking or running in these areas to prevent accidents.

By using the pool, you acknowledge and agree to release us from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during your stay. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and ensure the safety of yourself and your fellow guests.

Beautiful property & location was perfect! The Riverwalk & walkable amenities (checkout out Elsewhere Garden Bar & Kitchen!) made our trip so fun. Host is attentive & provides excellent customer service. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay and Amazing Location!

The actual property is totally accurate to the listing— amazing location, beautifully decorated apartment, and absolutely comfortable! We had so much fun exploring downtown San Antonio and it is so easy to get around from this very central spot. Overlooking the riverwalk, close to tons of great restaurants and attractions— it doesn’t get much better than this! Alicia is a terrific host as well!

Nice place

Good: Clean rooms, dishes, cups, pots, pans, cutting boards, coffee maker, fridge, stove, sheets, towels, external LCD monitor, and all household supplies. Marginal: There is no way the we could find to make the rooms darker at night. The 2nd bed is an inflatable mattress. It was workable but it would have been nice to know. Please note: The service response for any minor issues was prompt and the issues were fully addressed.

Decent Place; Wouldn't Stay Again

The place is in a pretty good location, well decorated, and reasonably priced. So some people might like it. I personally wouldn't stay again. Management sent a long list of required steps for check in right before we arrived (it would have been nice to complete this process before leaving on vacation). The pictures and description show a queen bed in the living room with a picture of the couch. However that is not the queen bed - it is a blow up mattress. Had we known that we would have stayed elsewhere so it seemed like false advertising. The pool is freezing and closed on Monday (which they don't tell you until you are down there). And the tv didn't work without a special code so we had to spend a bunch of time trying to connect. Nothing earth shattering, but it wasn't the smoothest stay, especially given all the other affordable options in San Antonio.

The location was amazing! You can walk along the San Antonio River in one direction to The Pearl and in the other direction to the River Walk!! We got our healthy steps in. There’s plenty to do from this location. We were able to park on the street free of charge. The balcony was sweet for morning coffee and sunshine!Alicia was right there to answer any questions we had!
