Beautiful condo and great location.

We really enjoyed the water out front with walkway and ladder. The condo had everything we needed and was a great place to stay.

Great stay at this condo!

Very clean and inviting. Well stocked with everything we could have needed. Great location for snorkeling and the pool. Highly recommend this condo.

George Town Villas

The unit itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. The property manager was kind and helpful in giving recommendations around the island which we were grateful for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again in the future.

Beautiful trip! Looking forward to returning!

Lovely villa. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great location and loved the many walks we took down 7 mile beach. Really enjoyed snorkeling off the property. The pool and property were very clean and maintained nicely. Short walk to get groceries and short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time & stay in Grand Cayman. The condo was in a great location to many different restaurants within walking distance & a grocery store as well. No need to rent a car. I’d definitely recommend this condo as it was everything we needed. The only downside is that there’s construction on a new property next door so there was construction going in all week.

perfect location, easy beach access to 7mile beach and snorkeling right off the property. nice unit, ground floor, well furnished w games to play, beach towels, laundry w soap and paper goods provided. Internet was inconsistent.

Great Location and Extremely Comfortable

Our first time in the Cayman’s and it was beautiful. The Condo was perfect and very well maintained. We had a wonderful time snorkeling right off the property. Only minor detail would be the parking. We could find a spot every night, however the spots are a bit small. Nothing to worry about though. We loved the Condo – it was extremely comfortable and in a great location.

Beautiful, clean,well equipped

We've stayed at Georgetown villas about 5 times in the past and this unit was one of the best. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and kept up. The property manager, Pam was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had before we arrived. Upon arrival everything was exactly as it was said it would be. A fabulous place to stay! And the process of renting was so easy.

10 days in paradise

We have visited Cayman a few times. This time we were actually met In person by the property manager. She was excellant at her job and was a great communicator. She went above and beyond.

Luxurious, Relaxing, and Private.

This beautiful condo exceeded our expectations! We were looking for luxury, privacy, and serenity and found all three with this place. It features top-of-the-line furniture, quality bedding, stainless appliances, and granite counters in a roomy, bright, and cool 2 bedroom layout. When we travel, we almost always rent a condo or a private home (rather than staying at a hotel), but we are rarely as pleased as we were with this particular rental in its quality and beauty. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Beach Week!

Georgetown Villas are in a perfect location. No car needed! A short walk to Georgetown to the south and a moderate walk to Seven Mile Beach. Kirks Grocery is a 5 minute walk. Public busses run by all the time. Walking distance to Camama Bay and lots of restaurants. Beautiful beach strolling as well. The condo was immaculate. Everything is provided-Beach towels, soaps, lotion, laundry supplies. Very clean gas grills are provided as well. Snorkeling off the beach here is pretty good. The pool is great. This is a quiet and beautifully maintained complex. We highly recommend it!

GTV is a nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and shore diving spots. Pool area is nice and the view is great. We are repeat guests and will return again.

Wonderful

The condo was beautifully decorated. We loved snorkeling the shipwreck that was just a quick walk down the shore. The location was perfect to visit shops, restaurants, and various beaches. The condo was clean and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the laundry detergent and the adequate supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay is a great condo!

We had a wonderful time at Georgetown Villas. The property was well appointed, clean, nicely decorated (we all LOVED the beachy bathroom tile), and comfortable for our family, including space for our 7mo old to crawl around. Being on the first floor was perfect - easy access to the pool right from the porch. It was an added bonus to have quality full sized Dove shampoos and soaps, plus real hand soap, dish soap etc that many other properties skimp on. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Amazing property!

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. The one downside was that the kitchen was full of ants. It was a pretty big problem and we needed to store everything in the fridge so that the ant wouldn’t get to it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back

May 2019 Stay

Everything about our stay at Villa #113 was wonderful! Easy check-in and everything was so clean and more then what we expected. Quiet and relaxed area without the hustle and bustle of a resort. So nice to be able to snorkel at the beach in front of the property and come back to our villa and get in the shower and clean off right away. The snorkeling at the shipwreck just off of the beach was the best snorkeling experience we had around the whole island, breathtaking pictures! We rented a car and had a parking space every time we came back to the villa. I would definitely recommend a car as we were able to travel to Rum Point several times on our own or even just up to Cemetary Beach to snorkel. We had two teenage girls with us and they loved the location as well. Close to Georgetown for shopping but right at the end of Seven Mile Beach for sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. my husband and I decided we loved the Grand Cayman AND villa #113 so much that plan on coming back and staying in the exact same place. Quiet relaxing vacation. Condo complex with beautiful ocean views

We had a great trip! The condo complex was beautiful. Great pool. Not much of a sandy beach at this location but you could snorkel off the dock and lots of creatures to look for on the flat rocky area that kept my 3yr old entertained. Lovely condo, good kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and good space to relax. Grill by the pool. Quiet location. Not crowded during spring break. Only problem was the pull out couch mattress was in sad shape but my son was happy just sleeping on the couch...go figure...boys. Nice location from the grocery store. Safe to walk around town. Can walk to restaurants, some further away than others. Downtown Georgetown was a bit of a walk or a short bus ride away. No kids pool toys in the condo but depends on your needs. We had family in another condo that had toys and extra beach towels so we shared. Overall great trip and great condo!

Dream vacation for 2 Foodies and their Dad!

My husband, Dad and I came to Cayman together! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. With 2 rooms, both abundant in size, separated by the living room and kitchen in between, we both felt we had plenty of privacy. If we were to come back, we would definitely stay here again. What did we love? 1. Kitchen: It was fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, scissors, tupperware, cutting boards, strainers, coffee filters, mixing bowls & utensils. Everything was in great condition. While there were no spices, that is one thing we usually travel with :) 2. Outdoor Grill: We made a lovely lunch (grilled shrimp, salad, rice/veggies) & it was nice to just walk out to the grill to cook up the shrimp. 3. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms were spacious & had their own bathrooms which makes traveling with 2 couples or a family perfect. There were plenty of hangers and towels. 4. Location: We did rent a car which we were glad to have but you certainly don't need it if you don't mind walking. One morning, we had a lovely walk all the way down to the cruise ship dock where we stumbled upon Cayman Coffee, a local roaster, and had a great cup of coffee (which we heard was hard to come by here). We also walked along the beach to the Ritz which was beautiful. We had a drink at their bar & a light lunch before coming back. We could walk to the grocery store, although because we had the car we ended up driving most times. 5. Tennis Courts: We brought our racquets & balls with us and we were glad we did. We played 3x over the week which felt great! 6. Pool: We all just loved sitting by the pool (me reading my kindle). There is someone who tends to the grounds and opens up the umbrellas every morning. Everything is very well-cared for. The pool was never crowded and there were always chairs/lounges available. 7. Beach: What a view! Being right on the beach is a plus! Yes, you can't walk right in because of the coral and rock, but there's a perfect ladder so you can dip right into the ocean. If you want to walk straight in, just walk down the beach a little bit, around the corner of the complex, & you can walk right in. 8. People: All the people in the complex are so warm & welcoming 9. Cleanliness: Everything was perfect when we arrived. There wasn't one speckle of sand and little things like a new sponge in the sink didn't go unnoticed and were much appreciated 10. Pam: She was extremely attentive the entire trip! Just book it! <

This is a large, well manicured property, great for all age groups. The ground floor allows for easy access to the condo for both children and older adults. There is a large ocean front pool, bbq grill and amazing snorkelling from the shoreline. You can view the cruise ships as they enter the port each morning from the privacy of the complex. No crowds, just Caribbean beauty!
