Une chambre est mis en place avec un grand lit et la deuxiĂšme chambre est mis en place avec des lits jumeaux. Un lit peut ĂȘtre ajoutĂ© Ă  recevoir un enfant. patio privĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la maison. grill charbon est disponible pour utilisation. Animaux interdits. Wonderful weekend.

The cottage was exactly as advertised, super cute and quintessentially cape cod. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants.

Everything was Absolutely perfect!The owner Donna, was so kind and made check in super easy! The cottage is adorable and is in the best location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach and also a restaurant and ice cream shop in walking distance. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Summer trip

We enjoyed our stay, host was easy to work with and we always have fun in this part of the cape. House was a great spot for our family to enjoy everything the Cape has to offer.

Book it!

It is the perfect Cape Cod cottage. It has everything you need and more even if it rained all week staying in the best place. Everything has been easy from booking, check in, check out, etc. Host checked in a couple of times to ensure all was well. Book it!

Nice place close to the beach

This is a nice cabin close to everything and the owners are helpful and respond immediately. There are several beaches within walking distance and a restaurant close by with the best lobster rolls. We had four adults and space was a bit tight with limited area for clothes to be placed, but it is perfect for two to three adults or a family with small children.

DON’T PASS THIS GEM UP!!

We so enjoyed our stay in this darling, very comfy home. The owner was VERY accommodating to our needs, traveling with a toddler. The beach is GREAT for small children, and SO convenient. Great restaurants near by. I would return in a heart beat. If your looking for a clean, comfortable place, near the beach, this is it!!

Perfection

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation! Not only was the cottage perfect, the patio was private and more then accomadating, and the beach was so close! The beach is amazing. Not to crowded, great for swimming, and great to explore In the afternoon. There is SO MUCH to do nearby such as mini golf, and so many great restaurants. We are hoping to return next summer! Donna and Jim were very nice and helpful as well!!!

Great little cottage close to the beach.

We had a great time here and the cottage was perfect size for our family of 3. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the area. Close to everything. The only downside to this cottage were the beds. The twin beds were very firm, but you could also feel the wood board in the middle of the bed frame. And although the Queen bed was a bit better it was still uncomfortable.

Nice stay in a cozy setting

We spent a wonderful 4 nights in this cottage. We used it as ‘home base’ while exploring the Cape. Donna and Jim were lovely and easy to deal with. The cottage is small (we had 2 adults and 3 kids), but it was very clean and comfortable. The only challenge we had was due to no washer & dryer. We visited the Cape as part of a longer trip back East and needed to find a laundry mat in Hyannis to refresh our clothes. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. Other than that, my only suggestion would be to add a couple of microwave safe bowls/dishes to the kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay!

South Yarmouth

Perfect location. Check in & out was a breeze & owners let us check in several hours early & check out 1 hour late. Full kitchen was great. House very clean. Beds are comfy. Shower is small but doable. The outside patio was private & great for morning coffee and night time cocktails. 2 parking spots were great because we towed our motorcycle & had plenty of room for our truck, trailer & harley! Cottage is bigger than it looks in photos Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 or even 5 with small children.The outside could us same tlc and landscaping that would be my only complaint.

Perfect first vacation

This was our first real vacation with our 2 kids (4 and 7) and this cottage had absolutely everything we needed. The location and proximity to the quiet beach was even better than expected. Easy driving distance to shops, places to eat/groceries, things to do and other beaches to explore. We had the best time! Would definitely book here again!

Perfect Cape Cottage

Wonderful Stay and Kid Approved

We had a great time. The cottage was clean and comfortable, located close to everything we needed and a quick walk to the beach, restaurant and ice cream. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Giving her own review, my 3 yr old daughter said, “This place is so nice. I love it here.” We will try to stay again another time!
