Very quiet neighborhood, very clean and well appointed rental. Close to all we needed. I would suggest a more comfortable twin mattress and fuller pillows.

Overall enjoyed the house and found it clean and convenient to stores and local activities, attractions and restaurants. One small complaint, the "accordion" portion of the window AC units did not extend all the way to the edge of the window frames. This resulted in some unwanted buggy visitors in the small bedroom. Otherwise pretty good experience.

Memorial Day Weekend

The home was as pictured and very lovely. The area is easily accessible to Rte 28 and restaurants & shopping. In a quiet neighborhood walking distance to pond. Small boardwalk in pond provides peaceful views and many birds!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean and the beds were on the firmer side. The location was great with a short drive to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice with many friendly dog walkers.

I have stayed a few times and love the quiet neighborhood. The house has all the kitchen essentials and the point of contact answers right away. I appreciate the snow clearing of the driveway before I arrived!!!

Great Stay

This cozy Cape house was clean and in a good location. The description was accurate. The reason for the 1 star for communication was that there was no laundry soap and we never heard back from the property manager when we contacted them but maybe we didn't contact the right person. We would definitely stay here again.

Central Cape Cod location

Very comfortable cottage, and convenient location between two grocery stores on the main H2O bus route. We didn't rent a car for our stay, so walking, bus transportation & rental bikes got us everywhere we wanted to go. Fully stocked kitchen & linens in both rooms. Comfortable beds.

Lovely stay

This property had all our family of 5 needed. A very well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor space the basketball hoop and ball were perfect for the extra energy our 10 and 11 year old had. Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great vacation home. Great location. Great accommodations.

I wonderful well equipped vacation home. The master bedroom was perfect with its own bathroom & extra large king bed, AC throughout the cottage. Washer dryer handy in the hallway.The pond is close by, but not for swimming. A definite "yes" on returning again n the future.

Perfect rental

This rental was perfect for our needs! Great location. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious throughout. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful with our needs. The only addition that would make this place more attractive is a curtain or blinds over the slider leading on to the back porch so that occupants have privacy throughout the rental.

Swan lake cottage

It was a sweet place for our family of 3. Clean and kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to have some tea, coffee, and tide pods as well! Only problem was we had trouble with the tv getting Roku to work. We figured it out in the end.

Great quiet home, I travel up for meetings and ended up with a winter storm coming in. The owner reached out, checked on me and ensured someone came out to clear the walk way and drive way! Definitely will stay again and again when I visit if it’s available.

Comfortable cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was very convenient to great beaches, shopping and restaurants. Having two bathrooms and a great fire pit for evening cocktails was perfect. A few things would add to the stay: a clothesline for towels at the end of the day, a BIG pot to cook lobsters and some crackers to use when those lobsters were ready would be appreciated. The toaster oven was not easy to use AT ALL, which made for some difficult breakfasts. I believe the owner will think about adding these things and read our suggestions since he credited me for the two days I lost due to a hurricane sending me home early!

An excellent, comfortable property

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful and comfortable cottage, which is very well equipped and clean. We were most grateful for the washing machine after 9 days staying in hotels! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen clean and easy to use. The area is very peaceful and the garden full of wildlife, lovely to sit in the evenings, but beware of the mosquitos! Swan pond is just down the road and we enjoyed sitting here in the evenings watching the Osprey hunt over the water. Yarmouth is a great place to stay in order to explore the Cape, all within easy driving distance from Provincetown to Hyannis, where the whale watching is spectacular. Lots of places to eat nearby, we enjoyed lobster at Spanky's Clam Shack! Supermarkets and Shops close by. We are planning to return!

Nice house GREAT LOCATION!

This house is perfect for a small family. You can walk the neighborhood and all the places and beaches are within 5 min drive! Very clean comfortable home. The person who takes care of the house answered right away when I called...ended up coming to the house on Sat night...was so nice to go out of her way for me. Much thanks.
