Good choice to stay here instead of a hotel … kitchen was well set-up, bathroom was excellent with great towels, bedrooms a good size, and very quiet place and neighborhood.Owner fixed a wi-fi issue noticed at check-in very quickly.Beds were comfortable and fine for 4 people we had (couple and 2 teens),Only drawback is not a lot of living space, just the kitchen table, but it worked out great for us.

My son and I stayed in Winchester for my daughter's wedding on Oct 3 2026. It was very a convenient location for traveling between Woburn, Winchester, and Swampscott. We had everything we needed --2 bedrooms an iron. Communication with Jess was great.

Boston suburbs

I enjoy my stay during the process of moving my two daughter, the small one in Tufts university and my big one from one apartment in East Boston to her new one on East Cambridge. This place was located perfectly to have a wonderful and pleasant time

Jess's place was an excellent place for my husband, daughter, and me to rest and relax between college visits and visits with friends in the Boston area. The little apartment was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and there was a nice hiking trail within easy walking distance. The kitchen had all the amenities (though we didn't cook while we were there). Highly recommend.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Not far from all the sites in Boston. House was clean. Everything inside the house is labeled on how to use it or find it. Jess was very responsive and helpful throught the entire process.

Close to rehab- perfect!

Stayed here with mother in law- to be close to her spouse in rehab. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host was responsive, efficient and very accommodating. Clear information made the stay easy.

Excellent Experience

This property is in a great location and a very short commute to the "T" to travel into the city. The in-law suite was perfect and everything was as advertised. The host was prompt in responses to our questions and needs.

Clean and convenient

My friends reported that they found your home clean and convenient. We made no meals there and were out and about all day every day so the place didn’t really get any heavy use. Their one suggestion at the end of the stay was to take the plastic mattress covers off the beds to get rid of the crackling and wrinkling. Thank you for sharing your in-law apartment!

Jess was friendly and very responsive. Check-in process was easy. Location of the property was great. The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved our walks in the morning. The newly renovated bathroom was very nice. Heating system worked well. Those were the pros. The cons: there was no place to relax in the apartment. There were two sitting chairs in one of the bedrooms but no couch. The unit had a musty smell each time we entered. Opening up the windows helped to air out the unit. The kitchen was old although it included all appliances needed for a stay. The old desks in each room seemed unnecessary. Maybe replace the desk in the bedroom with two beds with a couch? While we loved the location and appreciated Jess’s friendly communication, we will not be staying here again.
