Literally steps (8 houses to be exact!) from your semi-private beach, 5 min walk to PH rooftop and Sea Street Beach, <10 min walk to upscale Ocean House & famous Sundae School ice cream, and several more beaches; you won't have to get in the car, but feel free to bring it because we have ample parking for 6 cars! Perfect for multiple families with 2 separate living spaces - kids can enjoy games apart from the adults!

Home is equipped with 2 smart TV's, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living areas and primary bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an outdoor shower! Large patio with comfy seating, 6 burner grill overlooks large yard. Shed includes beach chairs, toys, buggy, umbrella for your convenience!

Dennis Port is your quintessential Cape Cod neighborhood - with family friendly streets to walk down to get to your favorite beaches, restaurants, shops or park! Also short drive to some favorites of Dennis (Mayflower beach, Corporation beach, Sesuit Harbor Cafe!) and surrounding Harwichport village, ferry to Nantucket!
