Fully licensed Executive 5 bedroom home located in the heart of the Town of Blue Mountains only two (2) hours north of Toronto. The area features championship golf courses and the beautiful Georgian Bay. Wasaga Beach, the longest freshwater beach in the world is only a short drive away. Blue Mountain Village located at the base of Blue Mountain Resort is only a 12 minute walk and features dining and entertainment for the entire family.

Built in 2004, this mountain view home offers an open concept main floor with master bedroom and ensuite. Three bedrooms and 3 piece bathroom on the second floor. The basement is completely finished with a large games room, spare bedroom and 3 piece bath.

This property is ideally suited for a family get away or for mature groups looking to get out of the city for the weekend.

Great Girls Weekend Stay

We had a great time staying at this property for a girls weekend. House was very spacious for six of us and very cleanly. Will definitely be booking again for future get together trips!

The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults. The linens provided were very high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, as well as the necessary pots and pans. The location was excellent as a base for some nice day trips in the area, as well as the Blue Mountain Villages. Also, the host was responsive when questions arose ( as they inevitably do!). We will definitely consider staying again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location.

Perfect for our family getaway

Very nice home in a nice neighbourhood, and close to the chalet that others in our family were staying at. Appreciated the spacious kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the washer and dryer.

Comfortable, private and well-equipped home close to Blue Mountain Village. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. We were 9 people and never felt crowded - lots of room on the large patio outdoors too. We enjoyed the backyard and then the pool table downstairs after dark. Everything was very clean and attractive. The host was very responsive too. I would love to return.

Comfortable and spacious

We enjoyed our stay. Common rooms are comfortable and house has everything we needed. Instructions were clear and everything was neat and clean. Very convenient to Blue Mountain village.

Wonderful house and location

Loved this property and location. Easy walk to the village. House was clean and spacious for our family of 8. Nice deck in backyard. Enjoyed the tennis court across the street. Excellent communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

The house was amazing and clean! Lots of room for all 9 of us to be there comfortably. Close to all the activities. Paul was an amazing and understanding host. Would definitely come again time permitting.

The Blue Mountain Getaway

Eight of us stayed at Paul's home for Elvis fest weekend. His home was absolutely awesome and the location was great! The house is very spacious and there was tons of room for all of us, both inside the house and on the deck. We highly recommend this property and when we travel back to Collingwood we will most certainly stay here again. Paul is a super host and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot say one bad thing about our experience.

Girls weekend in Collingwood

There were five of us that spent a the long weekend at this cute property. The property location is perfect. Great neighborhood. 15 minutes from Blue Mountain Village (lots going on there). The house is perfect for a VRBO - 5 bedrooms. The kitchen/bedrooms were spacious and clean. Nice fenced in backyard with a deck, bbq and chairs. This one is a yes. *ENJOY*

Wonderful Home, Perfect for a Crowd!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend as an extended family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. you need, each room had sheets and covers as well as towels for everyone. The space was open, allowing lots of room to hang out, play games and just be together. We even managed to get all 6 cars parked in the driveway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Terrific space for fam jam

This space got our group of 10 marvellously. We never felt cramped. Lots of space for everyone. Great location. We made full use of the tennis courts across the street. The short walk to the Village was nice. Host and team were very organized and very responsive.

Family Trip

This property was exactly what our family was looking for. Great common areas for gathering yet big enough to provide space and privacy for everyone. The location was perfect for mini day trips in all directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

At home in the mountains

This was more a home than a house. We just had a relaxing time hear, everything and more in a spacious beautifully furnished house. Lots of room inside and out in a very nice neighbourhood. Easy stroll to the village with a variety of shops and eateries. Highly recommended.

A great family size property in a quiet well established neighbourhoid.
