Host was very accommodating while we tried to make it over the pass. House was well equipped. We found everything we needed easily. Beds were comfy and towels were fluffy. Olenty of room for everyone to spread out. The neiborghood is cute and quiet and very near places to eat and get groceries. The theater room is an awesome bonus. We did not use the hot tub but it was available. We will definitely stay again.

Well Rounded

I have been staying at multiple VRBOs lately due to work in the area. I have found this place to be a well-rounded home. Easy street parking for 2 cars. Easy to use electronics and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day at work.

Weekend Stay

I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for what we needed. Pet friendly with an enclosed yard. Hot tub and grill outside. We stayed here while visiting our college student. We were able to cook him and his roommates a home cooked meal and our younger teenager enjoyed the space downstairs.

Good solid house

My wife and I brought our son to look at Gonzaga for him to attend next fall. He brought his best friend who is also looking at schools. Miranda the property manager was great. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely book the property again.

Beautiful inside just not that clean, the fire pit broken overgrown with weeds, yard lots of weeds, lawn dried up. Hot tub and media room were highlights of our stay. Too pricey for amount of problems.

Comfortable, clean home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were comfortable and the living space open. During our stay the outside temp was over 100 every day. We had a little trouble getting the house cooled down on the first day but after that the system kept up well. I texted that I couldn't find the hair dryer and there was new one on the doorstep that evening! All communication was responded to quickly. I would recommend this property and would feel very comfortable renting another property with them.
