We had an excellent stay at the Garland District home. Not only did our host, Jon, provide excellent communication but was readily available to be of assistance to make sure our stay was most comfortable. The home was well stocked and exactly as described online. Great location for us to get to the convention center where we spent the majority of our time due to a volleyball tournament.Thank you Jon !

Short Family Vacation

Check in was pretty seamless. Clean and close to plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Host was very quick with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Nice neighbourhood, was exactly as described, super clean and comfortable and well stocked. If we come to Spokane again we would absolutley stay here again and would also highly recommend!

This house is in the perfect area of town. Its walking distance to good food and fun bars. It has the perfect amount of space for my mom and 3 sisters.

Perfect Stay

The house was in a convenient location. Owner was communicative and I am confident would have been available had I needed anything. Off street parking was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean house!!!

We loved the cleanliness of the house and give it 5 stars. The beds were firm…some of our family liked that and some didn’t. Close to Gonzaga and downtown Spokane. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Very Nice Stay

House was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Our family of five enjoyed our stay at the home. Host was easily reachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in the home again.

Garland Get Up and Go.

We chose the Garland modern house because of its great proximity to the local ice arena, restaurants, eclectic shops and nightlife. It’s easy to get to and walkable once you’re there. Being close to Ferguson’s for breakfast is a huge bonus.

Great house for a group

We went to Spokane for a bike ride and this house was a great place to stay. It was very clean, beds we’re comfortable and it was walking distance to restaurants. We won’t do that bike ride again but I would definitely stay in this house again!!

We loved our stay, we took a 2 week vacation to Spokane and this rental made our stay comfortable being close to shopping. Plenty of space for my family of 5 kids were able to play outside neighborhood was good no complaints at all

Fun location and great house

This is a nice spot to sample some of what the Garland District has to offer! The house is nice and the communication with the owner was prompt and thorough, given that some minor servicing was needed on the house while we were there. Very accommodating and good vibes all around.

Everything was great!

We (a group of 11) came to Spokane for my younger brother’s wedding. We have many other family members that live in Spokane and this place really did help provide a welcoming environment for all. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed the bbq grill and sitting area in the back. We would definitely stay here again!

A great rental for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beds. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Host was very communicative. 2025 - Mattresses are new and good quality / FIRM, so if you are looking for pillowtop, this may not be a good fit (or pack a mattress topper). It was nice having a yard with beautiful green grass and a little table out back to enjoy as well. Enjoyed Silverwood (1 hour drive) as well as Riverside State Park - Bowl & Pitcher area (15 min. drive) during our stay.

Spokane Reunion Trip

We booked this property for 5 nights for a reunion with 9 friends! We couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The host was very communicative, in a swift and detailed manner. The house was spacious, clean, and contained every appliance and we needed for our convenience, as well as extra supplies. We felt especially taken care and thought of during this trip. The comfort this property provided really added to the quality of our trip, and we strongly recommend it for a stay in Spokane!

Cozy Home - Lots of Space

Stayed for a month and found the home quite comfortable and adjusted to the home environment well. Liked the parking in the rear, updated interior, and the bathrooms were actually relatively large. The upstairs laundry makes noise in the room directly below, so we turned it in only when leaving the house. The floors creek and are uneven, but it feels cozy in that way. Overall good experience and communication from Owner. Would stay again.
