Please note: This is an active 55+ resort community, though a second guest may be aged 45 or older!

Spend your sun kissed days lounging by the pristine, heated Olympic sized pool, taking a relaxing stroll around the peaceful community lake, or borrowing a book from the library. Small but comfortable trailer, landlord easy to get a hold of, park had a beautiful pool, laundry facilities, clubhouse and friendly people. Shopping close by, 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, pickleball close by.

We had a great stay at alligator park the trailer was clean and cozy and had everyhing you need , Ed & Vicky are excellent hosts, park had a very nice pool and was well maintained, highly recommend this property.

We chose this neighborhood because Punta Gorda completely captured our hearts! It offers the perfect mix of beautiful Florida sunshine, a relaxed pace, and an incredibly warm, social atmosphere. The 55+ park itself feels like a friendly village where there’s always something fun to do whether you're relaxing by the new heated pool, enjoying the library, or spending a quiet afternoon by the lake. Plus, you are just a short drive away from Punta Gorda’s charming downtown, great waterfront dining, and local marinas. It is also a 30-45 minute ride to some of Fl best beaches! It truly is a hidden gem!
