We had such a wonderful stay at the Cottage! The home was absolutely perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. The location was amazing, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay at 5 Stage Neck. Ample space for a family gathering. Well stocked kitchen and the second fridge downstairs was especially helpful for planned meals. Bedrooms all had effective air conditioning. The dining areas were perfect for large groups. The sitting areas were comfortable and well appointed. Enough space for people to have alone time as well. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch, which became our social hour location. Having access to the hotel amenities was also great and well used…especially the pool. All of the employees at the Stage Neck Inn were terrific…from the pool bar to the parking attendant to the front desk to the hotel restaurant staff. Hard to overstate how much we enjoyed this property. We’ll be back!

This was our 4th year renting this property. The location is fantastic as are the amenities. We had 14 family and friends who stayed with us. All were comfortable as there are enough beds and bathrooms. The front porch is great and is a focal point for us as we use the porch both day and night. This year we were happy to find that the interior had gone through a complete refurbishing including new furniture. The one issue we had was a repeat of the last several year where we encountered bats. We have had bats in the house in the past and in fact I was bitten by a bat and had to receive emergency treatment at the local hospital. After reporting the event, the hotel management and staff members were sympathetic, professional and helpful including a discount for this year's rent. The situation did not deter us from renting this year with all the same guests. This year we reported seeing bats flying into the porch area and perching in the eaves, then flying away.

Our family had a wonderful stay; it was our second time visiting the Cottage. There was plenty of room to spread out for our group of 8 adults and 5 little ones. The close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large six burner stove, and enough dishes for a crowd. Access to the indoor and outdoor pools at the resort is a nice added benefit.

Perfect Location with Grand Porch

There were 16 of us and we all had a wonderful time using the pool, the beach, the hot tub and indoor pool. The best part was relaxing on the front porch day and night with the outstanding view and just talking to one another. This house lets you reconnect with your loved ones yet gives you more than enough room for privacy.

50th Anniversary Celebration

This summer is our 50th ( Aug 18), but our grandchildren are so involved in school activities in August that we decided to make the trip in June. Our family had never been to Maine and it was so wonderful to be able to share the beauty and history of such an awesome area of America. It was a bit cold, but no complaints. All 15 of us thoroughly enjoyed the house and area.
