This gorgeous ski-in/ski-out one-bedroom condo in Canyons Village will exceed your expectations for a vacation getaway. From the unbeatable location in the heart of Canyons Village, you are a short walk from the Red Pine gondola and minutes away from the FREE shuttle line. Inside the condo, you will find a space that features a modern and efficient design with everything you need and more for a memorable mountain getaway. The condo features ample storage space and room for up to 6 to stay comfortably with the addition of twin bunk beds and a queen-pull-out bed in the living room. Adding to the condo’s wow factor, just outside the large step-out balcony windows, you can enjoy gorgeous views over the modern outdoor sitting area of the building as well as the Canyons Resort base area, where you may even catch a glimpse of skiers or mountain bikers as they come down the mountain.
Located on the third level of the building, as you step into the condo, you'll encounter a bright, open space with abundant storage and a Scandinavian design. The entryway boasts coat hooks and a large built-in storage closet with extra shelving to neatly store your personal items. To the left of the entryway, you'll find the full bathroom. The bathroom is a beautiful modern space featuring a freestanding shower with glass shower doors, a single-sink vanity with storage space underneath for towels, and a heated towel rack. Revel in the luxury of warm towels, turning your shower into a spa-like experience.
Further, into the condo, you will come to the open room, a dynamic space that can be used as the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and even workspace. You will first come to the kitchen area where you will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Nespresso, a toaster oven, and basic cookware. Head further into the room and take in the bright living space that features a comfortable couch perfect for snuggling up on as you enjoy a movie on the 55” TV. The space boasts a clean design and includes a large floor mirror, coffee table, and built-in shelving for additional storage space. From the living room, open the large sliding glass patio door and enjoy the step-out balcony where you can take in gorgeous views over the modern outdoor sitting area of the building and Canyons Resort base area.
When you are ready to call it a night, transition this space into a peaceful bedroom by setting up the Italian Murphy bed down over the couch. This space is designed to be efficient, so no need to move any furniture, just pull down the bed and enjoy a restful night on the luxury Helix mattress and cozy bedding. If your group has kids or an extra person, this studio is ready to accommodate! Just pull down the twin bunk beds found above a desk/eating area, yet another example of the smart design this home features. Tucked off the living room is the condo’s bedroom, providing a quiet space to get a good night’s rest. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with two nightstands on either side, a tall closet and shelving space for storage, and a mounted flat-screen TV.
Guests are able to access many shared amenities like the work pods, adding to the comforts this home provides. From a year-round heated pool to a coinless arcade and game room perfect for kids, a gym featuring fitness equipment such as Peloton bikes, a laundry area, outdoor fire pits with multiple seating areas, this studio will have everything you need, and more for a memorable mountain getaway in Park City!

Guests will have access to the entire home, step-out balcony, and one parking spot in the parking garage.
Guests will have access to the many shared amenities that include a year-round heated pool, arcade and game room perfect for kids, gym featuring fitness equipment such as Peloton bikes, laundry area, outdoor fire pits with multiple seating areas, private work pods, and a small on-site market perfect for those late night cravings. In addition, guests will have access to shared secured storage, valet service for skis/bikes, and overnight boot warmers.
The Neighborhood:
This ski-in/ski-out home is perfectly situated in the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. A ten-minute walk from the home will take you to the Red Pine Gondola, providing easy ski-in/ski-out access. Just a two-minute walk from the home you bring you to Canyon Village, a European-style village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with a two-minute walk to the base camp area of Canyons Ski Resort which is now connected to Park City Mountain via a gondola allowing ski access to both mountains on the same lift ticket! Even more options await with just several lifts less than a ten-minute walk away such as Cabriolet Ski Lift or Orange Bubble Express Lift. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 15-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction, just a 10-minute drive from the studio. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible outdoor locations at your fingertips!
Getting Around:
This ski-in/ski-out home is a short walk to the FREE shuttle line, providing easy access to the ski resort, downtown Park City, and more. To catch the shuttle, head to the courtyard on level 2 and walk across the street, just minutes from your door. You can also walk to the Red Pine Gondola for excellent ski-in/ski-out access. Multiple buses on Canyon Resort Drive connect you to the FREE Park City Transit Bus system, covering the entire area. Explore historic Park City with the FREE Main Street Trolley, an iconic way to explore the downtown area. With all the free shuttle options available, you likely won’t need other transportation options, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available for your convenience.

All other amenities—including the arcade, game room, gym, outdoor fire pits, on-site market, private work pods, and secured storage—are available 24/7. Equipment checkout is also available at any time.

Ski in Ski out convenience is awesome, along with convenient free parking and close proximity to all the Canyon attractions. This unit is near the stairway on the 2nd floor so access to the ski valet is just one floor and a few steps away. They store your skis and boots and let you keep your comfy shoes or boots there for free. This was my second stay at Canyon Haus and it is comfortable and smart, with everything you need in an efficient space for much less money. I recommend it without hesitation.

Very good experience
Very good location. 5 min walk (slightly uphill with 2 flight of stairs) to the gondola. Room nice and clean. First time staying at this type of property. It has more of a hotel feel than normal condo - front desk to check in, snack nook etc. Overall very good. Would Definitely stay again.

Great unit, building and locatiom. Bedroom was a little small and just a queen bed but other areas of the unit were spacious, clean and well appointed. Parking garage was great! Pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and we weren't notified of this but not a huge deal, only would have used the hot tub. The manager was very easy to communicate with. Over all I would definitely recommend stsying here!

Great location, apartment needed some items
I love this place but unfortunately the management company ran short on some items.
We only had i little bar of soap, only one roll of toilet paper and no water pitcher for us to be able to get water from the hotel filter system.
