Overall the property was perfect. Plenty of parking, elevators were not crowded and the pool and beach area weren’t too crowded. Excellent place for kids and adults.

The Penthouse Hideaway was amazing... my family had a blast... Hannah (the owner) was a perfect host and made sure everything was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a gorgeous location to stay at Panama City Beach don't look anywhere else. We will be returning later this year and I will book this location far in advance. Do yourself a favor and book it early because anyone that has stayed here will be return customers.

The view is the absolute best I’ve ever seen. It overlooks the oven and pool area. The walk down to pool or ocean is easy walk. Thai place is from the 12th floor penthouse or a step down while you can walk around kitchen and bedrooms with different views. Best place in the entire resort! Lots of space for adults or kids. Came stocked with your necessities. No salt or pepper is the only thing it didn’t have. Highly recommend this place!

This was our annual family vacation and we had a blast. 4 bed 4 bath so each couple had their own room and bathroom. The penthouse room was so quiet you couldn’t hear anyone downstairs. The AC didn’t work correctly in the little lounge area but cranked in the bedroom and they provided many fans in case you needed them. Top floor views of the beach and pool and the balcony wrapped around half of the entire condo. You can tell some rooms are in need of an update from the 70s vibe but we had everything that we needed. Elevators worked quick and we never had an issue waiting like other places we stayed. Ample towels provided. Space was great for our family to eat, hang out and sleep with no issues. Resort staff was friendly and helpful and maintain a great property. Accessing the penthouse is a spiral staircase so getting heavy suitcases up and down wasn’t easy but we would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful bathrooms and rooms great balance for privacy. Views from both decks stunning. The only negative thing i have is the upstairs deck would be even better if a slider was in the wet bar room so everyone didn't have to go thru the bed room to get outside

Family vacation

Combee’s penthouse was a wonderful condo. Very clean,comfortable,spacious and well stocked with initial supplies. Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset! Edgewater property and pools are very well maintained also. Combee may be the best condo we’ve rented since coming to Panama City beach for 35 years! Definitely would love to return to this condo in the future!

Cousin's Trip

This was our first cousin's trip and we couldn't have found a more perfect place. The condo was awesome. When we first got there we had a issue with the AC, called and they sent someone over to fix. Other than that everything was great.

Ample space for the whole family. The sunroom was nice! Condo does need a few repairs, the upper deck railing is wobbly, the upper bedroom’s shower did not work, the upper level windows are fogged over, there’s a broken light on the lower deck, and there’s a leak or condensation drip in the desk area. Even with those issues we thoroughly enjoyed the property and will definitely be back!
