The apartment is in the heart of Condado with its beaches, dining and activities all within walking distance.
The décor is modern yet warm.
Located on a high floor, it has been fully renovated with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony, on the comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. My condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels, two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and one block from the Ventana al Mar Park and sandy Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping areas. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan which is less than a 10 minute ride.

Our stay was excellent- the host was very communicative and accommodating. The property manager was kind and helpful. This beautiful condo is right in the mix of it all- excellent restaurants, bubbling nightlife and a brisk electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. The private parking under the building was very convenient and affordable. We would certainly stay again.

Our experience did not meet our expectations.Cleanliness. Although tidy needs detail cleaning. Splatters on mirror, smudges, dirt I cleaned off from around door handles. Attention to detail in a rental or hotel room will leave a far better impression. Sofa bed not fit for sleeping on. Springs visible and highly uncomfortable. Not a chance a senior (me) could sleep on it. Needs replacing if being listed as a viable bed. Blackout curtains recommended.Patio cushions were not what was displayed. Two flimsy small cushions and 3 others. Not a comfortable seating. Not as displayed. Dorr to apartment very difficult to lock. We left the following day. I would not have been able to sleep there. A costly experience because we moved to a hotel.
Before I cleaned it. Details matter.

Property was clean, and as advertised. The views from the balcony were great. Could see the ocean, Condado Lagoon, and much more. Great location being in Condado, surrounded by nice hotels. Felt safe the entire stay and was super impressed with hospitality of owner and property manager. Made it super easy and overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Rico.

I consider myself very lucky that this condo was available. We were a party of two and the location is unbeatable. The beach is right across the street. The condo has spectacular views of the ocean and the lagoon and is very safe. We spent a lot of time in the balcony. The condo is a short ride from the airport. There is paid parking in the building and rental cars are steps away. The restaurants are within walking distance. Anthony, the property owner was extremely friendly, helpful and reachable over the phone. Maritza, the property manager was also very nice. The condo was clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It had beach towels and beach chairs! We will be back to PR and stay at this property!

The location was wonderful walking distance to everything. One of the issues we had was refrigerator freezer was making weird noises every hour or so was very annoying especially when you have to go to sleep.

Amazing Location

From the arrival to the departure, all went as smooth as promised, Maritza, the property manager was delightful to deal with. Absolutely gorgeous views very clean and comfortable apartment.The location…wow…. Near everything from beach Shacks to High end dining, even a Walgreens within walking distance.Loved it will visit and rent again and again.

Perfect Location

So I will give my complete and honest review. Let me first say the location is perfect. As a first time traveler to San Juan I wasn’t too sure where to stay. I’m glad I picked this spot as it was close to everything we were looking for as far as Beach, Restaurants, easy access to Old San Juan, etc. Very Secure stay which we loved and the views were stunning. Now for the cons, and let me be clear I am not a person that needs everything perfect when traveling as I have stayed in tents outdoors. The condo is beautiful, some things that are probably beyond the owner’s control that we noticed but some things that could be changed. We did notice the water pressure in shower was next to non existent, bed was very uncomfortable, coffee maker had a strong chemical taste even after attempting 3-4 different brews, and lastly we did find roaches twice during our stay.Now the only thing that bothered us the most, were the bugs, otherwise I think some of the other things can be easily addressed and I’m sure will be. We would definitely rent again as the owners and Maritza were fantastic with communication.

Clean and comfortable, close to everything.

This condo is super clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The property manager met us upon arrival to provide details about the unit. The unit is centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants.

I could have stayed here forever

I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance along with 2 nice beaches that are within a 15 min walk. The lagoon & ocean views are incredible I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean every morning & every night. What you see in the photos is exactly what it looks like, the owner has done a good job with this place; I can’t wait to come back.The only negative is the parking, 20 a day & the parking spots are extremely tight parking my rental car was a pain in the butt. During the week there are businesses operating in the lower floors of the building & there is a valet parking service that overloads the parking. There were times when I had to wait for them to move 5 or more cars just so I could get out & times when there was no space to park. There is a parking lot next to the building that my end up be being more convenient to park in I’m not sure if it will be cheaper but will definitely be less of a pain in the butt.

Condado condo mixed review

The positive was that the condo was in a great location with lovely views, we were met and showed around at our arrival, it felt very safe, clean and the bed was very comfortable and fair price. I WISH I could stop my review there. The negative was we had issues with excessive construction noise both above us and next to us during the day. Jackhammering, pounding and welding. It was impossible to relax in the condo during "working hours" which was all day, every day except Sunday. When we expressed this to owner he said it was out of his control. The association should require the neighbors should be notified as the condo should not have been rented during this time. The water pressure was extremely low and almost impossible to wash shampoo out of hair in the shower. Owner responded that water company must have been working on clogged lines. Do not expect to take a shower or wash your hands when you arrive, you will need to go to the store first! Owner said no toiletries are provided, also no paper towels or tissues. I had never experienced this before even at budget motel but he claimed it was standard for his property management group. Owner did not attempt to discount or gift anything. Just claimed he would take care of us if we ever returned. That was not satisfactory. He could have offered something for all the inconveniences.

Amazing location and view

Maritza was amazing with communicating, even when I forgot to message her prior to arrival. She was very attentive and the room was as described, amazing view, steps from the beach in Condado. I would stay here for future trips.

San Juan Vacation 6-1 to 6-08 2024

Overall we were pretty happy with the condo & location. The only negative unfortunately is the parking situation. Spaces are very tight and you are contending with businesses that are located in the same complex and people off the street. Several times we were blocked in and we had to wait to move vehicles so we could leave. Other than that we were very happy with everything else. Anthony the owner and Martiza the property manager we're excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place but consider other parking arrangements as a backup if you rent a vehicle.

Comfortable place and great location!

It’s a nice place and comfortable. The owner and property manager were available and easy to get ahold of. Owner gave us great tips of places to go and Puerto Rico in general. Too much to do for one visit. I appreciated that there are plenty of clean towels too, and the AC worked great. The view is amazing- there are windows on two sides of the condo and different water views. Sliding glass door is ocean, and living and bedroom are lagoon. The building is right there! The condo is very quiet, which we really appreciated.

San Juan Trip

Overall the pictures were accurate. However, overall we did not enjoy our time at this condo. I contacted the property manager (PM) a day before we arrived as instructed by the owner to let her know what time we were arriving in San Juan. The PM was informed that our plane was not landing until 8:30pm and they we had to pick up our rental car. When I called her when we were picking up our rental, she sounded frustrated that we were late arrivals, even though she knew ahead of time we were landing late. It took her 20 min. to call us to tell us how to get the key to the condo-she left it with the parking attendant at the condo. BTW-parking is not included in the rental fee. When we got there (parking is a nightmare/pubic and private in small space), no one told us that you had to use the key in the elevator to get it to stop on our floor. The condo is not marked, so I again had to call her to ask which condo it was. I had to call again to find the wifi and password... in other words, no information was given ahead of time or on arrival without having to ask for it. The sliding glass door does not lock. When I asked about it, she said we were high enough up in the building that it didn't matter-it did to me! Hardly any water pressure in the shower and the water did not get very warm. We lost power during our stay. The only emergency power was for the stair lights and the elevator. None of the windows opened to get fresh air (only the sliding patio door). Very disappointed.

Couples vacation to San Juan

My partner and I stayed in this lovely vacation rental for a week and had a wonderful experience! Maritza picked us up from the airport, got us checked in and settled, and even gave us recommendations for food and activities! The location was very convenient and we were able to walk or (cheaply) uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I would change about our stay is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful views, Excellent location

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Amazing views and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and other resorts/hotels etc. Property manager was very responsive to texts. The only negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean and the shower pressure was extremely poor due to a dirty/clogged shower head. Otherwise, no complaints.

My wife and I vacationed in Condado numerous times before finding this wonderful condo. We fell in love with the views and decided it was just right. We did a complete renovation to accent the water views and highlight the beauty of Condado.
