Beautiful place/5 minute walk

The property was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and shops and then cozy to come home to. We could jump in the pool after the beach and sit on the patio in the evening. I will for sure be back.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

My family and I love this area. This trip did not disappoint. The walk to the beach was closer than I expected. I would definitely stay here again if it were available for our next Labor Day weekend trip.

Overall a lovely stay!

Great for a family of 6 on a budget. Pictures should probably be updated as they do not represent all of the current furnishings and many things are showing the wear and tear of use. Originally listed with a washer and dryer in unit, but this should be updated as that is no longer the case. Scenic Stays did a great job responding and providing solutions for laundry facility options. The rowdy, drinking college students across the way didn’t show up until our last day, so it was overall a lovely stay, with people respecting the property and others. Overall a lovely stay for our family! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that your family had a lovely stay and found the space comfortable and budget-friendly. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the furnishings and listing details — we’re currently in the process of updating our photos and descriptions to better reflect the current setup, and your input helps us prioritize those improvements. We’re also happy to hear that our team at Scenic Stays was able to assist promptly with laundry solutions. Your note about the washer and dryer has been taken seriously, and we’ll ensure the listing is updated to avoid any future confusion. We’re sorry to hear about the brief disturbance toward the end of your stay, but we’re glad it didn’t overshadow your overall experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us — we’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Nice and affordable

Everything was clean and it was super affordable. The only negative was that I was expecting a washing machine and dryer but it did not include any. There were even laundry pods available when we arrived but no washing machine. There was a locked door upstairs and I am wondering now if the washer/dryer was in there. I never say I’m the property description that these appliances were not included. I always book places with washer/dryer due to having to wash towels/beach towels, etc.

Thank you so much for your review and for choosing to stay with us! We're thrilled to hear you found the space clean and affordable — that's exactly the experience we aim to provide. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the washer and dryer. While there isn’t an in-unit laundry setup, guests do have access to a washer and dryer located at the pool house. We understand how important this amenity can be, especially during beach vacations, and we’ll make sure the listing description is clearer going forward to avoid any confusion. Thank you again for your helpful comments, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
