Gulf Crest #3 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over full bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. This spacious unit has has a beautiful sunroom with a dining room table for four. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Area Attractions:

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is pedestrian friendly and located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to Miramar Beach. Dining options include Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food as well as many others. Grand Boulevard Towne has “New Vision Boulevard 10” a Cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens. In addition to Grand Boulevard Towne there are many family friendly go-cart courses, mini-golf, and water parks within a short walk or drive.

The location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. small residence. We had the pool to ourselves. With a party of four would stay here again.

Fun, Sun, and the Perfect Stay!

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The house had a relaxed beach vibe and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus and added to the fun for our whole family. Communication with Kelly was seamless; she was responsive and helpful whenever we needed to touch base. It was the perfect family getaway, we had a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fantastic beach stay!

Good Time

Good spot to be walking distance to the beach. Communication with management was A1. Only thing I would change about the place would be to have a king bed instead of queen.

So close to the beach!

This stay was great, Kelly was on top of anything we needed. We were maybe a 4 minute walk to the beach right at pompano Joes. We stayed here with our kids, they had a good amount of space. This is my favorite neighborhood in the area, its not too crowded and all the local businesses are good! It was a quiet property with a nice pool and super well kept condo. Thanks for everything!

Great spot!!

I love this location!! This was our second stay and it proves to be a great location. Short walk to the beach and pompano joes. The condo was great and plenty of space for myself and my 2 kids. We’ll be back for sure!!

Very responsive owner

We had a great time staying at this property. Within minutes of arriving Kelly checked in with us to see if everything was ok. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. During our stay a few needs arose and Kelly responded very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that sounds outside the unit did not make their way in. We were able to sleep well all week. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Family vacation

The place was small but enough room for us. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool at our front door. Easy walk to the beach. Nothing to complain about.

Great Stay

Communication with the owner was exceptional. Did not need to communicate much with her, which is not a bad thing. But she initiated communication to make sure everything was good. Home was on the smaller size for a family of 5, but that was expected for the price and location. We were still comfortable with the space. The location was amazing, and was bit away from the more populated area, which we loved. The walk to the beach was only a block away and had access right across the crosswalk. Would definitely stay there again. *note* the only reason for the 4 instead of the 5 for cleanliness is that we had to wash most the pots and pans before use, but that may be mostly because other families may not cook often on their vacation. We did to help save cost, and the host provided all the essential cookware for easy cooking meals.

Perfect for a family trip

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Short easy walk to the beach, even with little kids and beach gear. The pool was so nice when we needed a break from the waves but still wanted to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back next time we’re in Destin.

Family Vacation

Great location. Close walk to the beach. Unit is nice and right next to pool. We actually showed up early. Didn’t realize the time zone was still central. Reached out to host and he was able to quickly help us get in. That was huge because it was raining heavily at the time. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway for the family.

Great spot to get away for a few days with the family. Close to the beach, with a pool just outside the front door. Close to shopping of all kinds and just a 2 minute walk to the beach!! Would definitely recommend.

Super Convenient Beach Stay

I have rented from this host before and we loved it so much we decided to rent again! This time we stayed in another unit they own and it was absolutely beautiful! We love there is a pool right out front and very quiet and kid friendly place also a very short walk to the beach we well as a restaurant and ice cream shop! We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful Experience

We typically stay on the condos on the beach, but this year we found this place just off. We were nervous at first, but when we got there we knew we made a good decision. The walk was only one block away and the pool was right outside the door. Everything was clean and lots of room for our family. Highly recommend.

Graduation vacation

We brought our 18yr old and 2 cousins both 21 yrs. So there were 5 of us and it was a great 7 day vacation, 2 blocks from the beach. We would go again, so relaxing
