Villa Mative, close to Dubrovnik, is a luxury designer holiday villa with the latest smart home technology and a large heated infinity swimming pool with a massage function. Everything is carefully decorated to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. This four bedroom villa will spoil you with modern design, spacious interior, intelligent air conditioning, sound system, WiFi, night illumination, weather station, private parking, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fitness room, billiard and table tennis room for entertainment. Villa Mative is located just one minute from the main road, but it is a private compound that offers peace and privacy. The seaside and its beautiful beaches are only 500m away. The house is divided on three floors and can accommodate 7 people. The ground floor consists of a large open floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table, a beautiful terrace, a pool and outdoor kitchen hosting a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have access to the balcony to enjoy the scenic panorama and their En-suite bathroom.

Regardless of whether you are visiting Dubrovnik for the first time or the hundredth, the sense of awe never fails to descend when you set eyes on the beauty of the old town. Indeed it’s hard to imagine anyone becoming jaded by the city’s limestone streets, baroque buildings and the endless shimmer of the Adriatic, or failing to be inspired by a walk along the ancient city walls that protected the capital of a sophisticated republic for centuries.
Although the shelling of Dubrovnik in 1991 horrified the world, the city has bounced back with vigour to enchant visitors again. Marvel at the interplay of light on the old stone buildings; trace the peaks and troughs of Dubrovnik's past in museums replete with art and artifacts; take the cable car up to Mt Srđ; exhaust yourself climbing up and down narrow lanes – then plunge into the azure sea.
