This villa is a short walk from the old city of Dubrovnik. It is far enough from the city that there is no noise or traffic from tour busses, but close enough to be a easy walk even after a big meal. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and authentic. The villa is clean and beautiful. The house has many bedrooms. We had 8 people that were comfortable in bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a small kitchen, but it is effective for cooking large meals if you have only one cook. It’s tight for two people. The dining room is big enough for 8 people to sit and eat, but you will spend most of your time in the garden. This beautiful space has tables with umbrellas and lounges in the sun. The pool was refreshing with a relaxing waterfall and massaging jets. The garden has multiple fruit trees and vines (I couldn’t help picking and snacking). There are small tortoises in the back garden that we fell in love with and fed every day. The villa combines old world charm with modern comfort.
