Why they chose this property
The lifestyle at Riverstrand offers golf and other club amenities with easy drive to many gulf coast beaches. Also located right off I75 making travel to other Florida destinations convenient . Less than 15 min to waterfront dining is a plus with other great restaurants and shopping nearby !
What makes this property unique
Country club ammenities are available and optional with a member transfer fee of $347.75. This includes access to golf, tennis, pickleball, 2 fitness centers, 2 Club pools. (without the transfer there is access to a community pool across the street from the Condo ). as opposed to charging you for insurance, VRBO keeps your card on file for 14 days after check out and we can file a claim up to $500 for damage if there is any.
