This condo offered a nice Lakeview and great access to all the amenities with the golf right in the heart of where you need to be. The rooms were comfortable. The bed in the master seems almost new and there are plenty of extras for the beach, so don’t worry about bringing your chairs or water toys there’s also passes to be able to use at the complex pool all the stuff needed in the kitchen if you want to cook, but why would you cook when you’re in Bradenton when you’re around so many great seafood restaurants.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The onsite amenities (pools, hot tubs, pool table, etc.) were very nice and readily available. The location was in close to to the beach (Ana Marie Island). It is also located near all the essential stores you might need (Walmart, Publix, WaWa, etc.). The host was very polite, responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Close to everything you could need and easy drive to beaches!Very clean and comfortable unit with many community amenities. We enjoyed the walking paths and pools and met many nice people to play mahjong and cards! We are planning to return next year:)

Great Place

Great place 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota. The community is beautiful with pools, hot tubs, tennis and lots of games for kids to play.

Great location-close to beaches, nature preserves, grocery store & restaurants. Quiet second floor condo location with a beautiful screened in porch overlooking a small pond with many beautiful water birds. Very nice pools, sunning deck, walking paths & clubhouse. Condo was very comfortable & well stocked with everything you could need. We would highly recommend this unit.

Monthlong stay

Great location within Shorewalk overlooking the pond. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was complete with everything you need. The kitchen faucet needs replacing. The large gray beanbag in the living room doesn’t add to the decor. A couch or a comfortable chair would be more useful.

Colette let me know about every problem she had (which were 2 other minor things) except for the sink. I wish she had communicated this to me so that I could have done something about it. How am I supposed to fix something if I don’t know something is wrong? I believe I deserved a 5 star review here so this is disappointing. Also she is the first person out of 100 renters to complain about the beanbag since we took ownership of the property 2 years ago.

TV and kitchen items are not limited at all. I’ve never had that complaint before in 3 full years of renting this place. Diana accidentally booked our place when she meant to book a place that was first floor. Would have been nice if she didn’t take that against us in her review, given that she made the mistake and not us. Our unit is clearly advertised as a second floor unit…
