Welcome to The Ulloa House! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Nestle in downtown New Orleans, it's about 2 miles from the Superdome, you'll be close enough to get to the big game; and with 5 Bedrooms, 7 beds and 5 ensuite bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone! Enjoy your coffee from the private balcony or BBQ in the spacious backyard. You'll be close to everything while experiencing a quiet getaway.
Our guests have the option for an in person check-in which includes a walkthrough of the property, demonstration of the amenities, as well as recommendations for the area, with one of our experienced local New Orleans Property Managers (for no extra charge).

Guests can also check-in privately and the access codes will be sent upon check-in. Our concierge service is available for all of our guests. We're here to take the hassle out of setting appointments and reservations.

The location of this property is great for its convenience . 'Only 10 minutes to the French Quarter and easy access to highways, Tulane Ave, and a moderate walk to the Superdome! Close to Whole Foods, boutiques, salons, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. The neighborhood is private, and quiet with all the charm of New Orleans.
Guests have access to the entire property with a fenced-in backyard perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. Great for out door games and group activities , and ideal for bachelor & bachelorette gatherings, family reunions, corporate events and more!
The Ulloa House has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms within the home. All 5 rooms have an attached ensuite bath with marble floors. The space includes a private driveway for two cars, covered front porch, full open kitchen and a balcony in the Master bedroom that's coupled with a view of city skyline. The master suite features both king sized bed and twin sized day bed + a beautiful soaking tub that's perfect for relaxing and a separate walk-in shower. The office space features additional sleeping arrangements, with a twin bed.
Guests are welcome to bring their vehicles, with a two car driveway and street parking, Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available.

This was the perfect property. The host was quick to answer any questions. It is in a great location. We were a group of 5 women, so the ensuite bathrooms were a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible stay. Max was a great host. Super responsive from months before arrival to check in to check out. Great location with parking and easy access to public transportation. We stayed here for the LSU/Arkansas game. We met family and friends from three different states. The space was great in that no one had to share a bathroom! The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. Would stay here again for another LSU or Saints game!

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a residential neighborhood, just off of Tulane Avenue! The city zoning allows for VRBO here, and the builder i worked with built a large 5, bed, 5 en suite bath property that is ideal for New Orleans travelers. It is brand new and most suited for families, large groups and bachelor/bachelorette groups.

What makes this property unique

All 5 of the bedrooms have a private en suite bath. The primary suite has a soaking tub in addition to the stall shower. It is a new construction and was built specifically with the intention of hosting VRBO guests!
