Bungalow on quiet street close to trendy cafes, pubs, and parks. Dogs welcome!

Enjoy the best of Florida living in this cute bungalow beside popular Baldwin Park. The open floor plan with vintage hardwood floors is tastefully decorated and the sofa encourages an afternoon nap with blackout curtains. A cozy sunroom and comfy chair will become your favorite place to enjoy a good book and cup of coffee in the morning. The two bedrooms offer comfy queen size beds and plenty of closet space. An oversize full bathroom with tub/shower has two sinks and a bidet toilet. The laundry room has a new LG washer and LG dryer with a huge window overlooking the fully fenced backyard which your dog will definitely appreciate as they get their exercise chasing squirrels or watching the family of beautiful cardinals. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all the dishes/utensils you will need to cook up the evening meal. After dinner, take a long walk around the lake with your dog or meet up with new friends at one of the several pubs in Baldwin Park. Close to downtown, the Executive airport, major highways and shopping, the location is ideal for your winter in Florida!
For security and notification purposes, there is a Ring doorbell outside the front door. It's purpose is to send an alert when UPS and/or Amazon leave packages. The camera is disarmed when the home is rented. There is also a security light/camera on the front corner outside the home which sends an alert and turns on a light in the dark if you were to approach the property from the left front of the home. There are no other security cameras on the property.

This was my 2nd stay at the Baldwin Bungalow and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Baldwin Park is centrally located to so many great Orlando Main Street districts like Winter Park, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe District, and Downtown. Baldwin Park is super walkable and quiet, so its a great home base for those who want quiet and privacy - with the bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, and fenced in yard. I've already booked my 3rd stay and can't wait to explore more of the area.

I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this sweet little bungalow. Pup friendly with fenced yard which was great to not have to worry about walking him, he was happy to sniff new things. There is a walking path right next to it….runners and such. Quiet at night . It’s convenient to Disney where I had meetings so I never spent daylight hours at this house but the neighborhood seemed quiet. When you arrive, it’s an unassuming house. Once inside, you’ll love it.

There were so many things I loved about the Baldwin Bungalow - the location, the fenced in yard, two nice sized bedrooms, a big bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry. What I think I liked most of all, though, was it just felt cozy and 'unfussy'; it felt like a home. The host did not have a long list of rules and the communication and stay were easy breezy. As it should be :) I've already booked my return trip!
I loved the screened in entry way - it was easy to kick off your shoes, and it was just a nice welcoming point to the home with the plants, bench, etc.
My pup loved the fenced in backyard - as you can tell by his smile of approval! :)

Comfortable, clean, convenient, great communication. Just perfect! I had a huge event to attend at the convention center and needed a place nearby to relax and rest. The house was perfect, the bed was so comfy, all the amenities were like home and there was great bike path and lake to walk around to relax and unwind. Will be booking again next year if I get to attend the event again.

Cute small family home! It was very cozy and clean, pet-friendly, with a dog park super close by. We came up to watch our grandson's football game, which was only 7 minutes away. Will definitely come back for future games.

The photos do NOT do this property justice. From the outside, when we first arrived - we were not sure what we had signed up for, as the house sits on a block that is a bit isolated and the front porch is enclosed by screens. The moment you step into the house, it is GORGEOUS, updated, and obviously well-cared for. Beautiful walking trails around nearby lakes are only a couple of blocks away, as are the grocery store, shopping area, and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, wifi is strong (I had several work zoom meetings with no issue), and the furnishing/colors/plants are truly wonderful. Host answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Price was VERY low for what you get.

Perfect place for us during Christmas week. Comfy, clean, well-decorated bungalow on the edge of Baldwin Park. Blocks from Colonial Drive and Hwy436/Semoran, it’s easy to get everywhere. Just a few miles from the shops of Winter Park. And, the Caty Way Trail is merely feet from the house. The beds were comfy. The kitchen has everything we needed. We love Baldwin Park, and walked with our pup down to Baldwin Perk for coffee and breakfast. Lots of nice touches in the home. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Winter Park.

We spent two weeks at this lovely home conveniently located within walking distance of the Baldwin Park Village Center and the section of the Cady Way Trail connecting to the Lake Baldwin and Lake Susannah Trail loops. Multiple shopping areas and restaurants are a short drive away. The home was very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities needed to make us feel at home. I especially enjoyed the enclosed front porch and comfy chair where I spent mornings reading.The host, Krys, left a welcoming note and included info about trash pick up, Wifi password, etc. She was easy to contact and responded quickly to a question I had. The check in/out process was smooth.We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Great property next to Baldwin Park

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect, as was the property for our family and dogs. Spacious and comfortable, and around the corner from Baldwin Park. Thank you Krys, we hope to go back on our next visit to the area.

As you gave each catagory a 5 star rating, I am uncertain why you rated it an overall 4 stars. This is my very first 4 star rating in two years of hosting and it significantly impacts my standing with VRBO. I try very hard to offer the cleanest, most well-equipped and tastefully decorated and cozy bungalow at the most reasonable rate....which also accepts dogs! I wish guests had a better understanding of the rating system. Anything below 5 stars hurts our visibility on the site.

Baldwin Bungalow is a renovated 1952 home with a fenced in oversized backyard. Close to downtown Orlando, it sits between the theme parks and the beach!
The pine wood floors are original, as well as the block and plaster. They sure don't build houses like this any longer! Please do not wear spiked footwear or drag metal objects across the wood floors, as they cannot be repaired/replaced!
This area is called the Lake Susannah Community which includes Baldwin Park. Decades ago, Baldwin Park was site of a US Navy base. The surrounding area was home to many war veterans.
If you are looking to enjoy nature or take a leisurely walk around the lake, take a left onto Beach Blvd and walk behind the small pond which takes you to a trail around Lake Susannah. You will see plenty of nature and also a few million dollar homes during your journey.
Baldwin Park has grocery stores, shops, restaurants and plenty of parks to meet your needs.
The Bungalow, itself, has a "she shed" in the backyard which is currently a "work in progress". I have enlisted the help of my friend's autistic daughter, Andrea. She is definitely a great designer and loves to paint! She insists we are painting the beams bright orange when she comes over again!
I have tried to create a very cozy and warm home for you while you visit Orlando. I would appreciate your consideration of my decor and furniture. The sofa is new and very comfortable...and not intended to withstand dirty paw prints!
