The check-in process was very easy, and the host was responsive whenever I had questions. The house was clean upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of towels available for our stay. Although it’s an older home, the price was very reasonable for what it offers. We stayed for a week, and overall I would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars. The reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars were fairly minor but worth mentioning. The grass was quite overgrown, I felt the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the biggest drawback was the kitchen. It was very sparsely stocked with cooking utensils and tools, which made preparing meals more difficult than expected.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the host’s communication, and felt it was a good value for the price.

Great Portland area location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was a great place to relax after a day out exploring. Would definitely recommend to others!

It was fine overall. The furnishings and decor are just as pictures but there’s a lot of maintenance work that needs to be done—windows and window screens off track, the doors didn’t latch properly, some lightbulbs were burned out, there was no hand soap (I went and bought some). The landscaping needs attention, etc. the twin bedroom has a barn door on it, and it doesn’t shut tight so light and noise get in easily. There were no signs or written instructions on anything in the house (usually there’s at least a welcome page or something). It was a decent enough location and was overall well stocked (except for the hand soap). Spacious, which our family appreciated after a long trip of hotel rooms.
