キシミーのペット可バケーションホーム、プライベートプール、無料のWi-Fi

Hi Benjamin, thank you for your feedback. We are glad our team responded promptly when you brought these concerns to our attention, and we are sorry we were unable to complete the repairs during your stay. We made several attempts to coordinate a convenient time to access the home, but with plans changing during your visit, we were not able to find a time that worked. We also needed someone to be present while our maintenance team was in the home since you were traveling with a larger dog that did not have a crate. We understand that plans can change, especially when visiting Orlando and enjoying all the area has to offer. We completed the repairs immediately after your departure so everything would be ready for the next guest. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and look forward to welcoming you again the next time you visit the Orlando area.

Hi Emily, thank you for the wonderful review. We are glad your family enjoyed the pool, convenient location, and easy check in and check out. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the updates and fence, and are glad you felt the home was well represented and fairly priced. We also appreciate your kind words about our management team and communication. We would be happy to host you again.

Hi Derrick, glad this property was perfect for your family, furry friend included! We look forward to welcoming you again the next time you visit the area.

Hi Juanita, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad you found our communication responsive and the location convenient. Regarding the fence, we wish we had been made aware of the loose slat during your stay, as this was something that could have been quickly secured back to the posts. We addressed the fence immediately after receiving your feedback here in your review. Regarding the pool, as explained during your stay, the area had experienced a significant rainstorm lasting more than 24 hours just prior to your arrival, which caused dirt and bugs to wash into pools throughout the area. Our pool service team was working diligently to get to each of the affected properties as quickly as possible. Again, we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we look forward to hosting you again the next time you visit the area.

Hi Eleonore, thank you for the 5-star review. We are glad you loved the home and enjoyed your stay. We are sorry the weather did not cooperate for more pool time, but we hope you will return when the temperatures are warmer and get to enjoy the pool to the fullest. We would be happy to host you again.

Thanks so much for your review. We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the fenced yard, the cleanliness, and that communication was smooth throughout your stay. It’s great to know we were able to quickly resolve the issue you experienced — we always aim to make things right as fast as possible. If there’s anything we could’ve done to make it a 5-star experience, we’d love to hear your feedback. Hope to welcome you and your pups back sometime soon!

Hi Tiffany, thank you for the wonderful 5-star review. We are glad the home was a great fit for you and your dog, and that you enjoyed the clean home, sidewalks, fenced yard, and relaxing lanai. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies. Vacation homes in the Orlando area are listed as self-catering accommodations, meaning a starter pack of basic supplies is provided for arrival, and guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their stay. We would be happy to welcome you back on your next visit.

Hi Bernie, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the home clean, but we are sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Your notes regarding the home’s condition, buildup in less visible areas, and overall feel have been shared with our team for review and improvement. We continuously work on updates and maintenance to ensure a welcoming experience for our guests. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and regret that your stay did not fully meet expectations. The AC was professionally inspected following your stay, and there is definitely no mold issue. We suspect pet odors accumulated over time in its filter may have resulted in a lingering pet smell. A new AC filter has resolved this concern. Thank you again.

Thank you Scott for a great review. Glad you enjoyed this wonderful home and we look forward to welcoming you again the next time you visit Central Florida!
