We had a great stay at this home. It was exactly as pictured. It had so many kitchen gadgets to cook with. It is only 11 to 14 minutes from Disney parks making the location perfect for our Disney vacation. The house was so clean. We loved the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We wouldn’t change a thing about the home. It was perfect!

Orlando Stay

We had a very good time. The house could use a little updating, and heating the pool cost more than was listed.

Location!!!

Just as advertised with no surprises. Check-in and out was easy. Very clean with plenty of towels. Pool was well maintained and clean like the rest of the house. 15 minutes from all the Disney parks. King bed mattresses were a little thin, bit the queen and twins were great. Would stay again.

July 2024

Property was clean although a little dated with some damage to fixtures and fittings. That said we really enjoyed staying at the property, it was close to all amenities and parks and a nice area, although the road behind the property did get a little noisy at times. Hosts were contactable with any issues we had, and all were dealt with promptly. A great stay overall

Overall, the home was average, but our stay was disappointing. There was visible water damage on the ceilings in both the master bedroom and second adult bedroom, and the mattresses felt worn and likely need replacement. The biggest issue was the heated pool, which was a major reason we booked this property. We requested pool heating in advance and were initially told it had been turned on. After two days and a service visit, we were informed the heater was broken. While the host did offer a refund for the pool heating, the lack of a functioning heated pool significantly impacted our ability to relax in the evenings as planned.Due to this, we ended up leaving a day early and overall the trip felt lackluster. Communication about the pool issue could have been clearer upfront so we could have made alternative plans.

Spacious

Overall my family loved the spacious accommodations the fees were high. We did not know there was a BBQ grilled until late into our stay it was hidden on the side of the house. The house was infectious with ants and spiders and in the game room due to the various gaps and holes plenty of lizards roam in. There were broken pieces to the pool table that my family felt should have been replaced or removed. The beds were not comfortable, sorry they were really hard. The pool water was a tab bit green and needs upkeep. The floor boards needs work, my mom almost felt down due to loose flooring and we could tell there was some water damage at some point. Which the paint could have been painted over or replaced as well. Other then that my family enjoyed the spacious room of the property and joining bathrooms.

Thank you Carlas for your feedback, I am sorry that there were any issues during your stay, if you had contacted us at all we would have been able to correct them. Looking at the pre-arrival pictures taken prior to your arrival I do see that the pool was clean and clear. The color itself of the pool is almost a blue green so perhaps that is why you thought it was green. This home does not have a BBQ, the one on the side of the home was a rental and would have been picked up by the rental company. The game room is in the garage, so yes sometimes ants will come into the garage, but again thank you for your feedback we appreciate it. The Magical stays team

8 maintence workers had to come the first week to fix all the problems.

This home was not inspected prior to our arrival. We gave up calling after the first week, because of the inconvenience of 8 people coming through the home. After the vacation we wrote an honest review of the home. The same day of the review we received a bill for a dot the size of a pencil point on a sheet she called a stain. for $86.52 . It was a retaliation for the review!!! Loyalty never acknowledged the fact that all those people were trying to fix the problems once we were in the home, then to charge for a "stain" that they wouldn't tell where it was or what it was when asked.. We have the list of all the workers and problems that had to be corrected. Thank you for asking and I hope the next guest has a better vacation than we had.
