GORGEOUS POOL HOME IN QUIET TRANQUIL SETTING CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS & OUTLETS

Welcome to our gorgeous pool home in the tranquil residential community of Country Creek Estates, Kissimmee. Our pool home is privately owned, but professionally managed, and we aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable home in which our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation.

Visitors flock to Florida for the year-round sunshine as well as for the numerous theme parks. Picture yourself sitting at the lanai on our southeast facing pool enjoying a coffee while you watch the sun rise over the majestic Cypress trees lining the pond to the rear of our property. Enjoy hours of relaxation on our newly extended pool deck or splashing around in our sun-drenched pool (re-surfaced in April 2021). Sun is present on the pool deck until late afternoon so why not enjoy a leisurely lunch at the table on our lanai or enjoy wildlife sightings around the pond (alligators, white and grey squirrels, turkeys, egrets, herons etc) from the comfort of your sun lounger.

Our pool home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom (with granite worktop, double sink, large walk-in shower and garden tub). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the pool deck while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition, 2 adult sized foldaway beds or cots (approx 75 inches X 38 inches) with mattresses are available on-site.

All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted Smart TV pre-loaded with Roku (with access to live TV and many other free channels). These TVs have also been pre-loaded with Netflix, and YouTube so you can log in to those if you have your own account.

The Great Room has direct access to the pool deck. It also has a formal dining table and chairs and two couches purchased in May 2024. It also has a 55 inch Smart TV pre-loaded with Roku (with access to live TV and many other free channels). The kitchen features granite worktops and all cabinetry has been replaced within the last 7 years. It is fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Complementary wireless WiFi is available throughout the home and on the pool deck.

The home is approx 25 mins to Disney and Universal Studios and within easy reach of well-known restaurants including Millers Ale House, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Olive Garden, Smokey Bones and Dennys. Medieval Times in which six knights compete to become champion in a tournament of jousting and dangerous sword fights while guests enjoy a four course feast in true medieval, pre-silverware fashion is only a 2 minute drive away.

Walmart is located about 1 mile away with Publix, Target and Sams Club also located nearby. The outlets at Lake Buena Vista (5 miles), Vineland Avenue (8 miles) and International Drive (16 miles) are also within easy reach. The Florida Mall is 17 miles away.

Guests with young children should note that a kid’s playground (featuring a number of slides, picnic tables and a short nature walk) can be found 0.6 miles away at the end of S Bass Road.

Shingle Creek is the northernmost part of the Florida Everglades. From the Regional Park (0.6 miles away) guests can enjoy guided Eco-Tours or Kayak Rental, take a stroll or a run along the 5 mile walk/cycle way or walk through the park to the Pioneer Village. The Pioneer Village can also be accessed by car (2.2 miles).

Our pool home is rented on a self-catering basis. As such, guests are responsible for providing their own meals, personal hygiene items and cleaning products. We know that everyone has their favourite brands so we simply provide a small complementary supply of basic items such as hand soap and toilet paper to get you started.
