During your visit, the building was experiencing some maintenance challenges that unfortunately impacted a few units, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Regarding the thermostat, the temperature setting is normally maintained within a specific range to protect the AC system and ensure efficient operation, but we understand that this did not meet your comfort expectations. We appreciate you bringing attention to how this was communicated so we can review and improve our listing details. We also sincerely apologize for the bathroom issues you encountered. Our team did attempt to address them during your stay, but we regret that the solutions did not resolve the situation to your satisfaction at the time. As mentioned, we were happy to offer an early checkout along with a refund for the unused nights and an additional night as compensation.
