Ven y quédate en uno de los condominios recientemente renovados más exclusivos de Cancún. El condominio ofrece vistas exigentes del Océano Caribe. El condominio está ubicado en la famosa zona hotelera, pero ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar con una cocina y baño completamente funcionales y recientemente renovados, TV por cable con SMART TV y mucho más. La playa privada ofrece palapas y sillas de playa perfectas para relajarse y tomar el sol. Una piscina para adultos y niños con vista al Océano Caribe. Una mini tienda que atiende a los huéspedes y propietarios también se encuentra en la propiedad. Jet skies, banana boat y parasailing están disponibles para los huéspedes en la playa privada. Haga que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables alojándose en este hermoso paraíso.

Transporte:

El transporte a los condominios se puede organizar una vez que llegue al aeropuerto. Hay autobuses de enlace, servicios de camionetas y taxis que se pueden contratar por una pequeña tarifa para transportarlo a los condominios. Los servicios de transporte en furgoneta cobran aproximadamente $ 25 USD (negociables) por persona y transportarán su equipaje. También se pueden alquilar automóviles en el aeropuerto de varias agencias de alquiler de automóviles. We were very happy with our stay. There is a balcony looking out to the ocean and access to a pool and beach. The pirate boats went out 3 times a day with music and fireworks at night! Check-in was easy, we were met T the gate. The kitchen is well stocked. All our questions were promptly answered by the host.

Awesome stay

This was by far the best stay we have ever had. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from the very beginning. She was the best host. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Having direct beach access from the property was a huge selling point, we didn’t have to worry about not having a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a super nice, quiet, secure condo on 4th floor, right on the beach. Wonderful view. Plenty of activities close by and the host Nancy, was very gracious and flexible with our schedule and check out time.

Girls Trip

We can't recommend this place enough! Nancy, the host was responsive and gracious. The location is right in the heart of the hotel zone. We would recommend purchasing a day pass at the Occidental Resort next door, at least once. It gives you access to their resort, with all you can eat buffet, and drinks, and you can hop back to your condo for whatever reason. The condo itself has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, and excellent air conditioning. We highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation!

Our family of 4 stayed here during our kids’ spring break and it was the perfect spot! The condo was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed and appreciated having A/C and Wi-Fi for when we were in the unit. We appreciated that the property was secure - we felt very safe while we were here. The pool was lovely and we often had it all to ourselves. The space on the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed many card games under the palapas. We did a mix of eating meals in the condo and going out to dinner, both of which were easy to do. All of the staff and security guards were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your Cancun vacation!

I went for a quick few days away with my mom, and it was a nice place to stay. Conevenient located near the Isla Mujeres ferry, a few dining options and close to the hotel zone bus transit. Pool was right downstairs, and it opens to a beach water front. It was the perfect quiet getaway for someone ooking to disconnect and enjoy the weather. Nancy supported in coordinating transport to&from the airport. Would def recommend. It was a like a home away from home.

Fantastic Vacation

Condo and view were amazing! The host Nancy was excellent she was so helpful from booking the condo to assisting in getting a driver to and from airport extremely responsive! The security guards at the entrance were very helpful and friendly! Perfect vacation!

Location was good, nice view from balcony. That was IT! Condo is a mess. Hasn't seen a vacuum in ages. Area rug was disgusting to say the least. Balcony without breakfast set up is worthless. Bathroom lock broken does not lock. Bathroom fan broke. inner bedroom closet is a desaster, covered with cardboard half way exposing pipping and wiring and all the critters that live in there (we did not put our clothes in it) and yeah there are droplets of BLOOD!! on the floor by the bed!! Looks like a crime scene. We don't know if the TV is working cause we didn't get a new remote until the 6th day out of our 8 nights stay. The owner keeps telling me that if I don't tell her what was wrong with her unit she wouldn't know!! Seriously?? Does she pay me to inspect her rental for her? Isn't she supposed to check her unit before calling it ready to rent. I would venture she hasn't been in that unit for a long while. So I gave 2 stars for the view and that's all you'll get if you pick this unit. I have pictures if VRBO lets me post them in support for my review

Enjoyed our time there. Loved the fact that we had a private beach and pool. It’s an older condo but there’s nothing wrong with it. Great for a small family. Easy to get around. I recommend the bus. You hop on and then hop off where you want to go. Only a buck. We got picked up for our excursions right next door at the Aquamarina Hotel.

Great value for a long stay

The condo building is a friendly little community of some regulars- snowbirds- and families. There are not a lot of food options within walking distance but enough to get by. Convenient for the Isla Mujeres ferry. The views from the bedroom and balcony are amazing!!! There are some problems that arise with an older property but our very responsive hosts took care. The screen door for the balcony is not working and causes more aircon use than we would have liked. The little store on the property is very convenient and the staff helpful. As others have mentioned the noise from the pirate ships and especially the disco on the opposite beach are loud. The mornings are lovely and the beach is nicely situated so that you are not staring into a setting sun, but have shade and sun in the afternoons.

Great stay in Cancun!

The property was great for our family of four! Nancy was phenomenal with communication and recommendations for everything from restaurants to tours. Property and area felt safe - staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The beach was perfect for lounging and swimming and appeared to be the best beach around! We would definitely book this property again in the future.

If you travel from Canada to Cancun, don't expect this property and location to provide quietness and cleanness as we normally would have enjoyed in Canada, be prepared to bring your own amenities and snack or you buy after you arrive (even if late when you were already tired and just wanted sleep), and the problem is you may not be able to find nearby what you prefer to use and eat.

Great Getaway!

We had an amazing stay here at Nancy's condo! The property and place was clean, the view was incredible, and the location was central to all we wanted to see and do. The property is located in a gated community and security was so kind and helpful! Our keys were waiting for us upon arrival. We didn't waste any time getting to the pool! And the beach is also just steps away! The air conditioning worked wonderfully and it was very much needed during our stay! The back patio was the perfect place for us to have morning coffee, enjoy our meals, and we even got to enjoy a lightning storm one night out in the distance! The condo and property were very quiet and didn't seem extremely busy. Towels were provided for water activities, which was nice so we didn't have to pack those. Nancy was a great communicator and helped us to feel especially welcomed. She also scheduled our pickup from the airport and pickup to go back to the airport. Ray is also amazing and it was fun talking to him and getting to know about the area more. We definitely want to return in the future! Thanks again!

We liked the location of the property, it is in a quite area of the hotel zone. The host is very nice and prompt in her communication. But the unit is very dated and needs some maintenance. One of the doors doesn't close properly. The shower made lot of noise when turned on. Rest everything was fine.

4th floor ocean front condominium

Property is directly on the waterfront. It is a wonderful spot to watch sunrise over the water and boat traffic in and out of the harbor. Cool breezes keep the condo very comfortable. It is an easy bus ride to any place in the hotel district or into Cancun for supplies but yet not right in the middle of the madness of the hotel district. Very nice balance. Nancy could not have been nicer. Very easy to communicate with. The keys to the condo were waiting at the front gatehouse. Staff there were wonderful and very helpful. One thing to note is that because this is on the waterfront (not the lagoon), there are no mosquitos. We discovered the mosquitos when we tried to eat in a restaurant on the lagoon side of the main street.

In 1995, I stayed in these condos with my 5 year old daughter to see if we could adjust to life in Mexico. By 1998, we were Cancun residents. We have been here for 27 years, I raised my family here and always said, one day I would own a condo in my Paradise. The apartment has recently been renovated and looks spectacular...but the view and the beach are really what sells this condo. There is nothing more beautiful than having the sun coming up in the Caribbean!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The beach is your backyard and right downstairs. You have easy public transportation at your fingertips, being steps from the bus stop, taxi site & the Xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres. We are located on KM 4.5 of the hotel zone, which is a very quiet and more tranquil area than the hotel party zone area. Great for couples, and families looking to relax.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

404 is the first unit I bought when we moved here, and we have just completely remodeled and updated the kitchen (DEC 2024). The view's from the balcony are what really sold me on this apartment. You have amazing views of the turquoise water, Isla Mujeres in the distance and if you are lucky the Mexican flag will be up! The condo is a private gated residential condominium with security 24/7. Parking on site is available.

My daughter Elizabeth helps me run the properties and is available to solve any issues during your stay. We definitely take pride in customer service and love for our guests to feel like they are at their home away from home.
