This 3 bedroom, 3 Bath luxury townhome is located in the gated Alii Cove Condominium complex. This location provides a short walking distance to the of town of Kailua Kona where you will find fine ocean front dining, shopping, St. Michael’s Church, and coffee shops for that morning brew. Since the townhome is located directly in front of Honl’s Beach, it has spectacular views of the beach, ocean, surfers, and cruise ships moored in Kailua Bay as well as easy access to the beach.

During your stay, you will enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped 1815 sqft. luxury air conditioned home with tropical appointments throughout. The two upstairs bedrooms are configured with a King En-Suite, and a Queen En-Suite. The King Bedroom also has an exterior balcony overlooking Kailua Bay. The downstairs bedroom has two extralong twin beds with an adjacent guest bath.

The kitchen area is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a bar seating area, and a great selection of cooking/serving utensils. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with seating for six.

The family room features a flat screen HD TV, Digital Cable with DVR, Home Theater System, Blue-ray player with streaming capability and an audio stereo system. Adjacent to the living room is an area with two reclining chairs ideal for tv watching, reading, or napping.

Outside of the family/living areas is a fully landscaped lanai overlooking Honl’s Beach. The lanai aside from plantings and a bird bath, has an outdoor table with seating for six, a chase lounge, and a BBQ making it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a mai tai, or an entire meal.

As a guest here at Alii Cove the complex facilities are available including a workout gym, pool, and spa. Also included are two dedicated parking spaces, one in an enclosed garage and the second as a dedicated space.

Electricity costs, up to 35 KWHR/Day, are included in the cost of the rental. Over the years, most of our guests are able to live comfortably without exceeding this limit.

For those with mobility challenges, it is important to note that direct access to the condo from the parking spaces to the townhome requires the use of a flight of exterior stairs. Alternate access with no stairsteps is available but it is a bit more circuitous.

Spacious townhouse

Unit is spacious and well equipped; views are excellent and it is within walking distance to many restaurants; complex has a very nice pool that we didn’t find crowded

Fantastic stay

Location was fabulous- close to airport, beaches, groceries.. property manager was phenomenal and super responsive and super helpful! The house was stocked well which made our stay easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay!

Perfect place to stay! The location was awesome for walking to the farmers market and to the beach. Didn’t need a car locally as there is the trolly to take you shopping.

Been visiting Kona for 40 years; this was the nicest, most comfortable place we've ever stayed. Great location, view of the ocean, surfers, well stocked kitchen, everything you need for the beach. The private BBQ was great.

The villa is in very good condition, equipped with everything you can Dream of and has also some cooking ingredients etc. so that you don't have to buy everything allover again. The view is breathtaking and you can reach town easy on foot. We had a wonderful time during Ironman Hawaii time...

Perfect

The breeze is gentle, the sun is just coming up over the ocean with the sky painted in many colors. The sounds of the waves breaking into the shore fills the morning. We are sitting on the patio with our coffee in hand watching the world come to life. Another beautiful day in paradise.We were able to catch the live volcano, go star gazing, fly to Oahu to visit Pearl harbor, the list is endless and at the end of the day we would walk approx. 3 minutes down to the ocean to watch the sun set for the end of a perfect day.Les’s property is truly beautiful in every way. Les, himself is a very kind individual and also very trustworthy.We enjoyed our time and we are looking forward to coming back. Thank you Les, all was perfect.Tim and Beth

Home Sweet Cove

What a wonderful place to stay for an extended period of time. This condo, in Ali'i Cove, was perfect for our family of 4. It became our home away from home. The owner along with previous guests have supplied everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. From kitchenware to boogie boards, from beach towels to pool noodles, from a BBQ to beach chairs, from books to extra linens. The condo also includes a private garage! The location of the condo is excellent. We had views of famous Kona sunsets and could hear the sound of the ocean. During high surf, it would make loud crashing sounds and low surf conditions would turn it into a calming whisper. We slept with the sliding glass door open to hear it. The upper lanai features a beautiful view of the ocean and neighborhood beach below. Surfers and boogie boarders frequent it daily. The office in the condo was especially helpful as I was able to work remotely from Kona. There was reliable internet/wifi and a printer. Our family particularly enjoyed the Ali'i Cove pool. It was heated and clean. The spa was a good size. And if you have a toddler, there is even a toddler pool. And if you want to work out, there's a gym. Kona is not far from great snorkel spots (Kahalu'u, Two-Step) and a beautiful drive to other amazing beaches like Kapalua. It's within walking distance to good beachfront restaurants like Huggo's and Papa Kona. It close to brand new Safeway, plus Target, Costco, Macy's, etc. The only small drawbacks to note are that it's hard to feel the AC in the master bedroom and that mattress has seen better days. Also, Kona tap water is pretty poor so I would recommend buying bottled water for your stay. The owner was super responsive and helpful with recommendations as well. Bottom line is that we loved staying here and we can't wait to return!

Great place and great host/manager

The place was as described and was on a end unit which is nice. The owners and property manager was always available and had great communication. I had some concerns but the owners stayed after us and the concerns were addressed. We are already trying to plan next to stay here again.

Great Condo

We have just returned from our third stay at this wonderful condo. It continues to be our favorite place to stay when in Kona. As in the past this condo is well maintained and very comfortable with all the conveniences one would want. The condo complex is also maintained making the outdoor experiences and trips to the pool pleasurable.

pure paradise at Alii Cove!

We were so happy with our stay - Condo was clean, spacious, incredibly well located in Kona - beautiful views, sounds of the waves, great pool area, very quiet complex. It was nearly perfect. Everything was provided that you could possibly need or want to enjoy the Big Island. If you need a larger space and have a chance to stay here, you'll be very happy and comfortable at Les and Ginny's place!

Great place to stay in Kona!

We stayed at this place for a week and a half in July 2018. It was exactly what we needed and would definitely stay again on a return trip . The condo is located just minutes from the main street in Kona. There are food stores and restaurants a quick drive away. There is a beach within walking distance and the pool at the residence is great for kids and families. The condo is large, and has everything we needed. It was nice to have three bedrooms, with everything from twin beds up to a King in the master suite. The information provided about our stay was very helpful and complete. Les was very responsive, helpful and reasonable in our correspondence with him. In short, this was a great find on the Big Island and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay

We were here for a month and it was heaven. The place is in the perfect location - just a short walk from downtown Kona, but far enough away to be quiet. It's exactly as pictured too, and was more than comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Quality Condo In A Great Location

This condo is well maintained and in great condition. It has most everything that you would need to live there permanently including a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The location is perfect, just above a small beach with great views of the beach and bay. The location provides easy walking access to all that Kona has to offer.

Great stay! Great island!

Had the pleasure of spending a month here in the summer of 2015. Great location and comfortable living on a fantastic island. Les, the owner, kept in contact to ensure everything was good. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

First rate condo

This is the third year we have stayed in this condo. It is perfectly located to view sunsets, walk into town, and enjoy the area. The condo itself is well maintained, nicely furnished, and complete with all the extras necessary for a fine stay. The owners do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. We stay for almost three months and could not ask for a better home away from home. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for the best accomadations in Kona.

My wife, Ginny and I were invited by some friends to come visit in Kona and fell in love with all that Kona has to offer. As a result we purchased our first condo in another community which enabled us to learn more about the Big Island and Kailua Kona. During our stays at this first condo, we discovered the development of Alii Cove and prior to breaking ground, we bought our current condo here.
We take a great deal of pride in keeping the condo in a like new condition...a condition that we would want if we actually lived here. We make a couple of trips each year to Hawaii to take care of tasks not normally done by housekeeping, do preventative maintenance, and make improvements to the condo. Since I am a general contractor in California, these building tasks are pretty easy to take care of.

We chose this neighborhood for a couple of reasons. First was the location, where we found a site (the condo was not yet constructed) that would provide a great view of the ocean near Kailua Kona. Second was the construction of the condo where we found quality construction and great & functional 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. Lastly, the location of the condo is walking distance to the town of Kailua Kona which provides easy access to the attractions of this great village.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

As they say in the real estate community...Location, Location, Location. The most common comment that we receive from our guests is related to location. We receive comments like "The first morning on the lanai, we saw dolphins jumping and a whale slapping his tail" and "An easy walk to town, restaurants and farmers market".
Another benefit of the location is that this is a prime spot for the Ironman event with everything within walking distance. For the non-participants, from the lanai, you can watch the swimmers in the bay and the runners on Alii Drive. A short walk will also put you on Walua Road where the bicycles run.
Regarding the condo itself, comments like "Very open and roomy with lots of dishes and cooking utensils and having our own BBQ a real plus", "It is a spacious, comfortable, well-kept home", and "Everything and anything you could think of was provided in the townhouse and lacked nothing".
