This near new 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome is located in the gated Alii Cove Condominium complex and is a short walking distance ¼ mile south of the town of Kailua-Kona, directly in front of Honl’s Beach. The townhome has spectacular unobstructed views of the Honl’s Beach, the ocean, and cruise ships moored in Kailua Bay. During your stay, you will enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped 1815 sqft. luxury home with tropical appointments throughout. The bedrooms are configured with a King En-Suite, a Queen En-Suite, and a third bedroom and guest bath. In addition, you will have access to the complex facilities including workout gym, pool, and spa.
Additional townhome features include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and bar seating. The separate dining area has seating for six. The family room features a flat screen TV, Home Theater System, DVR, iPod Dock, and Blu-ray player with streaming capability. The fully landscaped main level lanai overlooks Honl’s Beach. It has a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with seating for six where you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee watching cruise ships, surfers, or other activities in the bay or a late afternoon mai tai watching the sun set over the ocean.

About Les & Ginny McClane
My wife, Ginny and I were invited by some friends to come visit in Kona and fell in love with all that Kona has to offer. As a result we purchased our first condo in another community and then when Alii Cove was being developed, we bought our current condo. We take a great deal of pride in keeping the condo in a like new condition...a condition that we would want if we actually lived here. We make a couple of trips each year to Hawaii to take care of tasks not normally done by housekeeping, do preventative maintenance, and make improvements to the condo. Since I am a general contractor in California, these building tasks are pretty easy to take care of.
What makes this Townhome unique
As they say in the real estate community...Location, Location, Location. The most common comment that we receive from our guests is related to location. We receive comments like "The first morning on the lanai, we saw dolphins jumping and a whale slapping his tail" and "An easy walk to town, restaurants and farmers market". Another benefit of the location is that this is a prime spot for the Ironman event with everything within walking distance. For the non-participants, from the lanai, you can watch the swimmers in the bay and the runners on Alii Drive. A short walk will also put you on Walua Road where the bicycles run. Regarding the condo itself, comments like "Very open and roomy with lots of dishes and cooking utensils and having our own BBQ a real plus", "It is a spacious, comfortable, well-kept home", and "Everything and anything you could think of was provided in the townhouse and lacked nothing".

Quality Condo In A Great Location
This condo is well maintained and in great condition. It has most everything that you would need to live there permanently including a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The location is perfect, just above a small beach with great views of the beach and bay. The location provides easy walking access to all that Kona has to offer.

Great stay! Great island!
Had the pleasure of spending a month here in the summer of 2015. Great location and comfortable living on a fantastic island. Les, the owner, kept in contact to ensure everything was good. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.
First rate condo
This is the third year we have stayed in this condo. It is perfectly located to view sunsets, walk into town, and enjoy the area. The condo itself is well maintained, nicely furnished, and complete with all the extras necessary for a fine stay. The owners do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. We stay for almost three months and could not ask for a better home away from home. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for the best accomadations in Kona.

All Reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit of $500. An Interim Payment bringing the balance paid to 50% of the Total Charges is due Ninety (90) days prior to arrival date. The Final Payment is due Forty Five (45) days prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
