Alii Cove one of Kona's best locations. Featuring a secure gated community with second entrance. Townhouse is an end unit private and quiet. Close and easy walking distance to pool, spa, children's pool and fitness room. Easy walk to the beach right across the street! Located in the lower area of the complex. No walking up or down a steep drive where some other units are.

Townhome style floorplan with no one living above or below. Open design with stylish finishes and very well maintained. One bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs with oversized shower. Gourmet kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar with three swivel chair bar stools and new stainless steel appliances. Dining area with seating for six. Great room style living room with soaring ceilings. Fenced yard/lanai with ocean view. Storage closet includes six Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella's, snorkel gear, pool toys, fishing gear, beach bag. Patio furniture and barbeque.

Upstairs has an oversized master bed room suite, lanai with ocean view, high ceiling, walk-in closet, his& hers vanities. Guest bedroom, full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, new washer & dryer. PLUS an open Loft to relax in.

New flooring and window treatments. Custom oversized windows and doors.

Enjoy the scent of the ocean and take in the ocean breeze and views! Year around gorgeous Kona sunsets, cruise ship views. Close walking distance to the historic Kona village with shopping, restaurants, Kona's farmers market, Kailua Kona Wharf and the Hulihee Palace.

All guests to acknowledge and abide by the Alii Cove homeowners association rules. Alii Cove has minimum 30 night stay.

Exceptional Stay with a Superb Host

Our stay at Alii Cove in Kona was superb! Check-in was a breeze, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. What made it even better was how approachable and flexible Robyn was – she made communication a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Robin was a good host who was quick to respond to any questions we had. Any issues that arose, were addressed promptly. The place was spacious and nice.

Wishing we were still there

We had an amazing stay. The condo is fully equipped with what was needed to assist in making our stay (2 months) extremely enjoyable. We loved the loft area and was a wonderful sitting area to begin our day. We have stayed in the condo complex several times prior and this was by far the most comfortable unit. The owner was more than accommodating and very helpful.

Amazing property and Host

Excellent place to stay and visit!

Our stay at Alii Cove was amazing! The unit itself was very nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. It was only a short walk to the lovely pool and other amenities. Robyn was a wonderful host, very approachable and made our visit from start to finish extra special. We would highly recommend this unit and location. Looking forward to our next visit. 🌺

A very nice property & great location

This is a very nice vacation property in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Kailua. The condo was well decorated and very clean. The host Robyn was great to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay. The issues were dealt with promptly and hastel free. I would recommend this property without hesitation as a most excellent location to enjoy some quality time on the Big Island

I have a great place close to the beach in Kona and have always had good reviews. Earning a Super Host status I pride myself in giving my guests a great and memorable vacation.This experience here has been very unfortunate. The problem was not with the accomodations or communication. It pertained to the guest doing something they shouldn't have done to the property.

Love the beach, swimming and snorkeling, going on excursions around the Big Island and horse back riding at Na'alapa stables in Weimea.

Alii Cove has one of the best locations in Kailua Kona. Beachside living across from the Pacific ocean. Nice private and quiet location within the community. Right in the heart of Kona!
