A beautiful ocean view from the lanai for sunset relaxing. Amenities include: a king bed, 2 twin beds (converted to a king by request), and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don't need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).
This special property is beautifully decorated & we're confident you will want to return year after year!
Includes cable TV (many HD channels) & free wi-fi. Beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for your convenience. Under ground parking that's accessible by elevator. Unit was great. I have stayed at another unit in the complex so I knew the building and the amenities going in. The parking on this unit is top notch which was great. The location of the unit close to Ali'i Drive is nice. The unit itself is well laid out with both rooms having their own ensuite and a/c units for both the rooms and the main area. The unit was fantastic and well equipped for our needs.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice big lanai :) we would stay here again. Note that the parking garage is a very close fit it you have a large (we had an Expedition) SUV. Easy walk to nearby abc store and restaurants.

Kona Condo

Nice spacious condo right w/in walking distance of downtown Kona, and easy to access anywhere in Kona. 3 bathrooms was great for a family with kids. Good amenities, pool and we had a great time.

This was our second weeklong stay in this unit. Kona pacific is a very well maintained complex. Super easy access to town , beach , restaurants and weekend live entertainment. Can’t wait for our return visit.

The location is on the corner unit, which gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean from the covered balcony. The unit is also very conveniently located to the underground parking lot and the poo, and an easy walk into town. We had ample space and appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, and in-unit washer and dryer. You can walk into town within 5 minutes. It was quiet and clean. While the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and is a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. Our arrival was also right when there was a tsunami evacuation taking place. The management company provided us with updates and evacuation instructions that were very helpful and much appreciated.

The location from the parking spot, the main street out, the pool...it couldn’t be more convenient and still have that great front view and expanded lanai. The condo was well provided. We reached out to the management company a couple times with questions and a maintenance need, and everything was responded to and resolved super fast. I was very impressed.
