Acerca de este alojamiento
Surfers` Nest - Waterfront townhome
Surfer`s Nest is a 2 floor, 2 bedroom townhouse featuring inlet views with direct access. A full kitchen, soaker tub, water view - Surfer`s Nest is the spot in Ucluelet to explore and rest. 2 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed provides space for 6 people total. Please be aware, this is a townhome, so it does share walls with the adjoining property.
The deck offers lovely inlet views and is equipped with a BBQ and lounge chairs. Minutes away from Little Beach, Amphitrite Point Lighthouse and the Wild Pacific Trail, this is an ideal retreat for your West Coast adventures! Surfers Nest is overlooking the inlet and there is direct beach access but it`s not a sandy beach; high tide and low tide dictate the water levels
Come enjoy the West Coast lifestyle and immerse yourself in stunning scenery when you book this luxurious 2-bedroom waterfront townhouse escape! Set on Spring Cove in Ucluelet, it offers views of the inlet and surrounding rainforest and provides direct access to beautiful beaches, close to the Wild Pacific Trail and a host of outdoor activities.
Inside this two level townhome, you`ll find a fully-furnished living area with a queen pull out couch, two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a spacious deck complete with outdoor dining and BBQ - perfect for entertaining guests or just taking in the views. Relax in front of the cozy propane fireplace or curl up with a book. To note because this is a townhouse, there are shared walls so we ask that guests respect quiet times and hope the others will in turn.
SLEEPING
The primary bedroom on the main floor as you enter has a king size bed and windows overlooking the forested inlet. There is a TV, bedside table and closet.

DINING / LIVING SPACE
The ground floor space is open concept. The dining table seats 6. The living room offers a smart TV where you can sign in to the apps, board games and a pull out couch. The washer /dryer set is tucked into a closet which you are welcome to use.

PARKING
You have one space in front of the unit which can park 2 cars, one in front of another. There is additional free street parking first come first served.
ACCESS
Guests can access all spaces in the entire home minus the locked storage closet.
The house is managed locally by Blue Crush Concierge. You can contact the team during business hours of 9-5pm.
LOCATION
The townhouse is located in Ucluelet, off a quiet side street, steps from the Wild Pacific Trail and minutes to downtown.
From the house to:
Downtown Ucluelet: 3 min drive / 1.6km
Wild Pacific Trail Light House Loop: 3 min drive / 2km
Pacific Rim National Park: 20 min drive / 20km
Tofino: 30 min drive / 30 km
TRANSPORTATION
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it`s a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.
There is a taxi service, local public bus or embrace walking or biking in town to get around. Coastal Connection is the local ride hailing app (like Uber). E bikes are very popular as there is a designated path from Ucluelet all the way to Tofino and it`s mostly flat.
There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it`s one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).
