We were in Tahoe for a wedding and stayed here instead of the room block property. I'm so glad we did! The property is well maintained and, although we did have a couple of hiccups (some issues with the TV and blinds), the hosts were extremely responsive and sent someone almost immediately. We loved the updated kitchen, which was outfitted with everything anyone could need, and really enjoyed the spacious deck patio. The laundry area was also fully stocked with detergents. The house is within walking distance to the lake and the view was beautiful. We didn't have to do anything except take out the garbage and load the dishwasher when we left, which was super easy to do. Everything in the home seemed thoughtfully curated and stocked. I would absolutely book with this host again.

Great "home base" for a weekend

We were spending a weekend at Palisades and this cottage was a perfect place to stay - very close in proximity and with beautiful scenery. It was also spacious and had plenty of sleeping arrangments for everyone.
